hi, my name is sunil lathwal, currently doing ph.d. from iisc bangalore. i would have like to help you but due to the recent development (terrorist attack) in the iisc campus, it is stictly not allowed to accomadte anybody in the campus even for a single day.
but in case there is some other help,plz feel free to ask.

Yes Surender, Security here you have to provide for ten months rent in advance. I have not found other option than this, also this depends upon your landlord and there are no hard and fast rules.
