Help-Guide to start business in India?

I found numerous books and websites giving guidance to novices on how to start a business.
For example:

I tried to get something similar in India. On scanning some bookstores, all I could come across were a few books on specific areas of law or taxations, but not a comprenhsive guide. Can anyone suggest something for India?
Your review of any such book would we invaluable.

It will not be a bad idea, if some memebers here can come together to write such a book.

Baat samajh mein nahi ayi...same book ke liye apne ek aur link bhej diya...hindustan mein hindustan mein business karne ke ke koi is tarah ki book hai kiya?

Yahoo/msn etc have a small business section.
read them.
 
Get the EIN(Entity Identity Number) from IRS, I think form number SS4, and register your company with the sate, where yoiu want to incorporate it. If you do not want to do it yourself, Take help from any CPA or there are many professional companies you can find on the net, who can help. Should not cost more than $1000.
But believe me it is headache...

U definitely need a CPA soon, if not in early stages.

Level of complication will depend on what form of com[pany u want, Inc, LLC, sole proprietery etc.
I did LLC in CA, which turned out to be quite simple. A CPA is a must. Lawyer...depends on what ur business is.
 
Bhai! Is tarha ke Book ke bare ma ta Jankari nahi hai, Haan isey link ma nechay, isey subject ke or books ke leye bhi link hai agar unmey aapkey matlab ke book miltey hai to try karlo.
