i want to know how i aam applied for higher education (PHd) from computer i am mca qualified now looking for Phd from distance education (mostelly)/ regular in india.

so please suggest me the procces how i am prepared

one way to go for phd is that you have to qualify the Gate exam
depending on your Gate score you can apply for many institute like IISc, IITs
