saare jat bhaion ne meri RAM RAM

Ha te bhaion manne nu bujna tha ak mein eb 2nd yr mein su (B.Com) ar mein gela gela computer course bhi kar rha su niit te (GNIIT) jo ki eb khatam hon wala hai par manne koi naukri na mil ri kyounki mein ebe graduate kyona manne naukri ki zarrorat se. koi merte kuch rasta batao arr nu bhi batao ki meri lane theek se ek na kyouki manne suna se akk B.Com ki bajay B.tech ya pher BCA/MCA wala ne ghani preference mile hai.

Plz give some guidence i'm waiting for your replies.

Tu S/W field mai Jaana Chahwai sai toh .. 2 naav pai paa dhar kai chaal rhya sai .. BCom kyun karai tha .....


BCA ker leta ... aar BTW BCom karai ai sai toh NIIT wagara pai kyun peesa kharab karai sai ... Aaajkaal koni boojhta koe inn nai .. (exceptions her jagah sain waise ) .... Bcom kar kai MBA karai toh good for you ... baaki teri marji ...

Computer ki itni knowledge rakh jitni jaroori ho ....

if u really intersted in computers field den go for MCA..........i mean muj ko pata nahi hai ke MCA ke liye math kis kis unvi mein chaiye...........dekh u cn go for MSC(Computers)...den MCA kar lena ....... dekh bhai muj ko to yahi solution lag raha hai if u really intrested in computers...???
 
Manoj! The course from NIIT and B.Com is good qualification. Focus on your objective. If you want to go for higher studies or want to go for job. For a good career in computers, Master degree is a must.

For Job, start from whatever you get first in hand as it will give you experience. You can rise from scrap in buisness world depending upon experience and you capability. Simulatenoulsy you can increase you qualification as well.

Listen to people but do not get disheartened because it is their experience and not yours. Try to focus yourself and clear you objective and go ahead.

Two Options, I can think of, for you:

1. Go for MCA as other worthy members have suggested above iff you have internal desire to work in technical field.

2. As you have already learnt basic skills of computers.. work hard towards preparation of CAT / GMAT and go to best business schools for an MBA degree. I can assure, you will get better start up salary than starting in option one above...

Dekhe bhai sabki rai alag alag ho sake hai par aakhir mein sochna tene se sariyan mein te chant ke ....

Paheli baat aapne nue na batai ek GNIIT kit te karo ho? er yo GNIIT itni jaldi poora kukar hogya jib aap ibbe Bcom second mein so te?

Bhai aisa hai .... if you have invested money in GNIIT and wish to be in computers only rather than go for MBA or other things as per suggested by fellow members then:

1) As far as i think you are going to complete the 2nd year means DNIIT from NIIT during your second year. Because GNIIT will be completed when you will do a 1 year job practice either in software field or as faculty in any of the NIIT centres (mostly students coming out of these NIITs from remote areas do faculty job).

Now if you are doing BCOM correspondance then its very easy and clear for you ..... Go to SDA centre office of NIIT those provide placement help for the GNIIT students. Dont have faith on your local centre guys they will not do anything for you except for the faculty job. So if possible move to Gurgaon or delhi as you feel ok and run after them to get interviews. They will provide you ample opportunities and grab a job no matter how much is the initial salary and keep trying for good ones. If you are having good knowledge of DNIIT then on the basis of that only you can be placed in organisation. Ek bari hade delhi mein aake kise bhi choti moti job mein phans gya er tere mein ichya hui aage badhan ki to ... you can go for MSC/MCA correspondance from MDU or any other university. Is doran ek job se doosari knowledge badhate hue .... this way after 3-4 years you will be in pace with the world.

Haan bhai je Bcom regular hai er ye log GNIIT ke liye graduation ki adavein to apne usse centre mein partime faculty ki job kar le philhal er interview deta rahe NCR region mein bhi. GNIIT poori hote hi try marni shuru kar diye NCR mein koe na koe mile jagi ... dekhe hein mene kae balak theek adjust hote. Jee chota karan ki baat na hai ... par kuch bhi ho je iss field mein aana ho aage ki dhyan mein rakh ke MSC/MCA jaroor atka liye chahe correspondence kyona ho .... er koe na koe certification jis field mein tene gyan sa aajya ....

You are on right track so please proceed with it and if you have completed your B.Com as well as your GNIIT (2 yr) then ask for PP from NIIT they can help you in placing in good companies. HCL takes around 1000 PP GNIITians every year from NCR and they have tied up with NIIT for good students.
