contaminated milk, milk of a sick animal, buffaloes milk can cause problems.buffaloes milk can cause spondolysdis in long run.

but the milk of a healthy desi cow has no problem. it is considered to b nirdosh aahar and satvick

Now in future there is scarcity of MILK and of course there are abundance of sweets available in the Market. Where does this Milk products come.Same condition in Summer too.
