yes i talked to Mr. Harnam Singh gill state president regarding this site.he really impressed and will be add his association memebers in reputed jatland.com
regarding gotra
generly himachali jats are same gotra/caste like in punjab & haryana
few of them are-gill , randhawa , sandhu ,sidhu,sahota , badal chawala ,bhakal ,
kahalon , nanda , bains , rilach ,bagga etc...
Distt.-una has 20,000 jats(approx)
distt- kangra has 10-12000 jats
i got this information from himachal jat kalyan parished.it may be differ.if u want more information u can contact Mr. Gill/association at 01892-232283

thanks i will try to collect more information of himachali jats.
one more information i want to share that himachali jats got obc status inspite of any political or finianceal ground in the span of one years of thier demands.i asked mr. Harnam singh gill kindly mail me or send the documents regarding obc status which they submitted to himachal govt.he promised me to send this as the earlist.
