How to make Jat OBC Certificate and Avail OBC Reservation at Centre.

Now certificates are being issued in haryana, pls go and check again.
 
But in UP they aren't being issued and I am worried as I have to fill the application form for this year's civil service exams.Please let me know whether anyone has any idea regarding the certificates being issued in UP.Thank you.
 
obc b-11% quota-gujar ahir saini lodh and meo.
obc a-16% quota-71 castes.
sbc-10% quota-jat,jat sikh,bishnoi,tyagi,ror.
 
Different states have different category like bc, mbc, sbc, obc, obc A, obc B ......, applicable for respective states. Same is not valid for central level....

For clarity of the issue, read prospectus of the University where reservation has been classified in categories and fill in the form as specified therein for reservation. In Haryana Jats with four other castes fall in SBC category of reservation.

Certificate issued by concerned authority has to be attached/or filled in and attested as given in the proforma along with the admission form.
 
If the performa of declaration, letter, sarpanch/mc certificate is available with anyone then plz attach the copy of the same. I went to my tehsil and the type-writers outside the tehsil typed a letter nd declaration but I am not satisfied with the contents. Also he didn't seem too confident with the procedure.
Also my father is a govt employee and pays tax and has annual income of above crucial 6 lks figure but ad far as I know, I can still get a non-creamy layer cert. Let me know if I am wrong. Also I have heard different procedures from various people..no clarity
 
The wards of Govt officials (other than Class-1 offciers @ age of 40 yrs) are eligible for OBC reservation...... ..... and thier Salary is not included in income limit of 6 lakhs...so they are considered as a not creemy layer...To get a propoer certificate, pl see the DOPT format... the link is given my earlier post in this thread...

I have had my certificate made from the tehsil, but that is not a computerised one, but hand-written one as they told that a new pro-forma had not arrived yet.So they asked to get my own proforma and they would issue me the certificate.So I took the proforma which had been given by you all.You had pointed to a new order for format of OBC certificate and they issued it to me.But they wrote it with their hand now is it valid?
Please tell me as I have indicated my category as OBC in civil services exam.

Not at all.The state certificate is a computerised one so it has got a number through we can check it online.
The central one has the issue that was what i wanted to know the thing is this
1.I wanted to have central jat OBC certificate for my civil services test,I spoke to tehsildar he said the proforma for jat certificate had not arrived.He said the proforma must have resolution number and date of 4th march.He had old proforma, so he cant issue certificate but G.O has arrived.
2.Then I spoke to aligarh collector on phone, He told me to go to tehsil the next day.
3.In the meanwhile I saw some of you had uploaded new order by the government for OBC certificate.So I took a print-out of that order and also certificate copy,(A BLANK COPY).
4.I went to tehsil and got my state certificate issued.Then for central certificate because the proforma was not there he told me that you fill your details with your hand and then we will get issue it to u in ur proforma.
5.So I did the same.Because it is hand-written, there is no number on that so they put the number of state certificate on it.
This is what happened that day.
So I wanted to ask you all whether the central one is valid or not?
That's why I uploaded it.
Please help me.
