How to make motivate young jats?

I suppose there are many young guys and gals in villages of Haryana , UP, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP who are having a very high IQ level. But due to certain reasons they are not able to prove themselevs. Now question is how to motivate and explore these young persons at grassroot level ?

Actually ‘Motivation’ is a very vast subject and it may not be possible to pin point the panacea for all ills. However, a little research on the net opens a vast subject. One can take his pick.

Self Motivation is essential to motivate others

Every one has his/her own opinion and motivation theory here is mine for what ever it is worth.
1.Children do not do what you ask them to do but will follow in the foot steps of their role model.
2.Provide a good role model and positive family environment and see how they blossom.
3. Open communication and friendly advice go a long way in developing rapport with young minds.
4. Parents can not hire some one to do their job of motivating their children it has to be done by some one who really cares about them and is not driven by his/her own agenda e.g. rewards.

I think ita better to aware all the young people in their concerned area. This will broaden their thinking horizonand them to visualize better which will directly n indirectly motivate them to perfom better.
