Current temp in North India is about 65 F. That is comfortably warm for many people in many parts of the world. I was in Michigan and Anchorage Alaska last week, cold temp is -15 F and -10 F. Add wind chill factor to it and it dropped further.
Bhai Anil, it was so damn cold, I was shivering so bad from cold I thought I was dancing. I had commercial grade cold weather clothing and snow boots. When snow is knee high, cold weather boots and pants can only give you momentarily succor. That's was my last week, glad to be back in temp that is above 0 deg F and below 0 Deg Celsius.
Anyways, my advise keep enough water and food at house, scarf aka muffler, cap that will cover your ears. Cold weather does more damage to people like us with brown skin, we don't have natural defenses within our body to cope with cold weather, we are more prepared to deal with hot weather.
