How would you tackle corruption?

Corruption is present from top level to the grass root level, is in every sphere of life. So how should this corruption be tackled if you are assigned to start a campaign against corruption - should you start from top level (like our MPs, MLAs, business houses, etc.) or should you start at grass root level by spreading the knowledge of ill effects of corruption.

I would start from the top, mainly because people generally look upto their leaders and if leaders are honest, it can have mass effect.

Make fair RECRUITMENTS & see how evils of caste creed corruption collapses.

E.g. CENTRALISED RAILWAY RECRUITMENT AD this March for 6500 jobs with NO INTERVIEWS !! Thumps Up !!

Ajay,

Best way is to start from oneself, and spread awareness among others.

Well, both of your logic are good but I personally believe that no one is corrupt when he starts his career, its the system that makes him corrupt. When you enter a job in which 99% people are corrupt, either you are forced or willingly become corrupt, or you have to go.

by inculcating values from childhood in the children and by being good role model for own children.if a child has failed it is not failure of child somewher parents have failed in giving good values to him or her .similarly if children see parents living lavishly and earning through wrong means children are bound to be born corrupt.it is all karma which mainfest in many forms.
