Three JATS and three BANIYA are traveling by train on a tour. At the station, the three BANIYE each buy tickets and watch as the three JATS buy only one ticket.
"How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks a BANIYA. "Watch and you'll see", answers a JAT.
They all board the train.
The BANIYA'S take their respective seats but all three JATS cram into a restroom and close the door behind them.
Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets.
He knocks on the restroom door and says, "ticket please". The door opens just a little and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand.
The conductor takes it and moves on. The BANIYA'S saw this and agreed it was a clever idea.
The BANIYA'S decide to copy the JATS (.....as they know how.......) on the return trip and save some money (being clever with money and all). When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the JATS don't buy a ticket. "How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asks a BANIYA. "Watch and you'll see," answers the JAT.
When they board, the three BANIYA'S cram into a restroom and the three JATS cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the JAT's leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the BANIYA'S are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket, please..." The door opens just a little and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The JAT grabs the ticket and runs to his restroom....
