I Have A Question on Democracy

My question
If India is a democracy country.
Why People Getting Job according to Leaders ? If Someone really good why he need a call of CM ?.

More than 50 % employees got job by Leaders.

What you want to say about this
Leader making Money by this OR is it Really social work.
 
Democracy Needs Physical Efficiency Input

Drawback of democratic set up is it does not evaluate physical efficiency of the individual/Voter , whereas in wars individual himself is weighed in weighing
balance of war field.

In democracy you decide only becoz one is born as human being , whereas in war theory
one have to put efforts to gain physical fitness .........which cannot be directly inherited such as money.

Individual has to earn physical fitness , there is no other alternative.

This is the root cause of problems like maoists in India or uprooting in Pakistan.
The day when Democracy will include physical efficiency input , World will get a new positive direction.........

& all Evils ... like bright ones are not getting jobs and contacts are flourishing ...will die.
 
Aman ji acha question hai.
bhai govt. job k liye log in leaders se milte hain taki job mil jaye.
aur ye leaders iske liye paise bhi lete hain.
humare yaa ek MLA hai Indian National Lokdal ka BALMAT MAYNA....bhai log us se milte hain aur vo unhe apne ladke k pass bhej deta hai jo bata deta hai ki kitne paise chaiye unhe.
bhai vo 3 bar jeeta lekin bina paise usne apne gaam ka koi balak ni lagvaya job me........ is baar bhai humne vo hara e diya ....nare paise khan ka tha.
 
bhai govt job me bina approach sirf 9-10% he lagte hain.........baki ya to leaders ko paise dete hain ya aur bhi bot bande hote hain jo paise le kar job lagvate hain....bakiya ko yo sang hai ki paise le lete hain..job lag gayi to thek na lagi to aadmi ko ghumate rehte hain pure paise vapas bot mushkil se dete hain.........ya hai bhai india me democrecy.........

Frame the question again with more points or actual doubt. The current question is very general and you wont get a clear cut ans for that.

You are talking abt corruption actually, which has been discussed in differnet forms, innumerable times on JL.
 
Aman, yo rojgaar issi ee cheej hove hai......atleast for middle class ones,they dont want to miss any chance n security about it,they are ready to even sell their lands if get chance n y nt? financial security is sumthing no body wud like to compromoise with ...plus wen we are saying system is corrupt, v all are part of it...v cant find even a single person who has set so strong ethics for himself/herself dat he/she won't stand corruption at ny level,"corruption is basically getting your things done thru pleasing others b it monetary or non-monetary

Ager koi bhi insaan pasie de kar job pe lagta hai
aap kya sochte ho wo imandaari se aapna kaam karega

Mere hisab se nhi karega kyunki wo janta hai "he had to paid "

jayda se jayda pasie banne ke chakker main rhega

Iska bura asar aam janta pe padega
 
Bhai agar aap govt job ki baat kar rahe ho , Haryana me to vo democratically divide hoti hain let me give an example..
Lets suppose there are 30 jobs in any X dept.
15 jobs reserved for CM, yeh CM ki marzi hai vo agae kis ko banta hai , agae walla paisse leta hai ya apne kisi khas ko lagvata hai.
5 jobs reserved for minister of that department.. minister aab kis se paise le ya kisi ko lagvaye yeh uski marzi hai..
1-1 job HSSC board member ki jo interview lete hain 7-8 jane hote hain unko milte hain yeh kewal paisse hi lete hain..
2-3 job department ke chariman , md ke hisse aati hain..

To batao hai ki nahi democracy..... saab mil bant ke khate hain

Sawal sirf itna hi nahi hai.Koi-2 to isa bhi se jo paise bhi kaza se oor job bhi na dilwata.Fer diye hue paiso ko wapas lene ke liye gumna pade se.
