I need reference in UHG Gurgaon as there are some openings matching to my technology and exp.

Please let me know if anyone has any reference.

I don't mean to belittle your efforts but I have some concerns regarding the candidate's personal information.
As you might already know, a resume contains personal information of the candidate. Do you guarantee each and everyone who sends you resume that you will keep the personal information provided to you protected, or will you destroy it securely should the application be unsuccessful? Do you run a recruitment agency?

Not sure how big of a deal identity theft is in India, but in a developed country it can pretty much ruin an individual's life.

IF some wants to Trust us ,its Ok. if don't, they are free not to send their Resumes or neglect our posts.
Its Individual's choice !

1. No ,NoOne Can guarantee it.
Not Even Yahoo/Google/Microsoft can guarantee 100% Privacy. Accidents or Exceptions can happen with anyonce Email id or Database.

2. After 10-15 Days,we usually delete the old Resumes .But If its a Special case (like Person with Disability),then we usually keep their resumes for long.

Ques : Do you run a recruitment agency?
Ans : No We don't. but one day we are intended to. Rightnow we are in touch with many Recruitment Agencies .
Our trusted friends in diff companies(TCS/SAPIENT/IBM/TECHA MAH./MICROSOFT/HCL/BIRLASOFT/GOOGLE/HP/ORACLE/
SATYAM/CMC/INFOSYS/ACCENTURE/NIIT/UHG/RBS/NUCLEUS SOFTWARES/RSG/ARICENT etc..)upload the Resumes in their Company HR Database
or share link with us for Company Referral Programs where we personally upload the Resumes.
and sometimes they directly send the link to the Needy candidate(ID) from their official Ref ids.


Due to some recent bad experiences , we have stopped sharing their Employee Ref Email ids openly on JL.

@All...You would hardly find people ready to help even if they are capable of doing so. It is because most of us are self centered. We hardly help and criticize those who are helping. There is a huge difference in asking for help and offering help.
Lucky to have helping hands(who offers help) between us. It's not only helping Jaat community but people from other communities too.I personally referred Jatland to a lot of people because of the threads in Education and Career sections.
My heartiest thanks to all such helping hands on Jatland.

Those who have had bad experience will certainly have some apprehensiveness/hesitation

I really appreciate Saurabh Sir for doing the great job for us, i will not count only Jat Community, its for everyone.

But if anyone has any concerns, he should be welcome to ask his queries on JL.

And the way Sourabh Bhai replied to that query is really admirable.

Its very rare to see people helping others these days.
