Thanks...But I just wanted to discuss property scene around NCR.

I dont really have much faith in Stock/Shares Market, I'm more of Brick and Mortar man.

deepak bhai its pure economics one has to be constant alert on companies news,here always general public loose only industrialists gain,and experts gain much beyond imagination but they are 1 out of 100 in general public see wareen buffet he made his fortune in this market.

Living abroad and keep an eye on the Indian share market is very difficult.

And I did not read your Share thread...what were you proposing.

I think you should hold on for sometime if you want to invest in NCR region. Property rates are stable from last couple of month. Financers are playing games . Just wait for sometime and you will have a clear picture.
