The undersigned, a recently retired Under Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India after more than three decades worldwide experience -including eleven years as Section/ Branch officer- of dealing with administrative and financial matters, seeks proposals for suitable engagement as an administrator/ consultant preferably in the field of education.
