Is it worth investing in Gurgaon property market?

Hi all,
I have been hearing that by living standards, Gurgaon is going to be “The Place” in coming years.
Those who are related to property market -real estate, please comment/ advise.
Is it worth investing in property market in Gurgaon at this time?

Yup ! It depends upon location also.
New Gurgaon sectors \ socities are really coming up very fast. Keep an approach to flat \ plot which is " NEAR TO DELHI..".

It all depends on where you live and what you do. Realestate investment in Gurgaon is great provided you can comply with all Govt. requirements regarding construction within 3 years etc. If you don't live nearby it can take a bit of time and efforts building house or factory in Gurgaon.Believe soon they are going to come out with NRI quota, may be worth enquiring from HUDA.
