You can contact Sales Department of Bureau of Indian Standards, Manak Bhawan, 9. Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg (ITO), New Delhi.
You can purchase standard of ISO 9000 series and other refernece standards. ISO 9000 standard is Bible for Quality System.
Bureau of Indian Standards a is national standards body of India (ISI) was started in the year 1947 by Dr. Burman which is engaged in the following:
i) Product Certification (ISI mark)
ii) Quality System Certification
iii) Hallmarking for gold jewellery
iv) EMS
v) Product certificaitn Scheme for foreign manufactuers
vi) HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical control point)
vii) Eco Marking
viii) CE marking
ix) OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
x) Training at NOIDA centre
xi) Consumer complaints on ISI marked product
If you wish to get training of ISO auditor and other quality aspect, you can get the same from NOIDA.

I had experience with ISo 9001-2000 in my previous company. i want to know changes between the two as my present company is planning for ISO 9001-2008.i tried to find E-book on net but didn't find any with complete details.
I have some documents on ISO 9001:2008, but I am unable to attach it here, since their size is quite big. Please PM me your email id, so that I can send it to you. Meanwhile, you can refer the document attached. Hope it is of some use to you
