Wonderful. I can say this is another milestone for Jatland.com ........ Girdhari ji -- heartiest welcome on Jatland. Happy to see a brother Jat willing to get connected to roots.

Let us see how we all can help our brothers on that side of boarder.... and how can we make them prosper.

The best practical approach could be inviting a delegation of Jats (Hindu) and discuss their concerns and feasible solution. JL members can help in their visit (Invitation letters to secure visa, travel expenses and arrangement for accommodation & food, etc.). I am sure Jats will contribute generously, as fund was raised for Ch Mehendra Chaudhary after his coup

Friend,
The idea is good but before starting fund raising clarify rules and regulations of the Govt. to avoid complications, if any, in future; as the matter quoted above has not been cleared so far; as far as I know.

Agree to it in full, rules and regulations should be taken care of the make the process smooth.
 
I didn’t say to begin with fund raising and for what purpose? A jat dharamsala/ or one individual can afford the accommodation and food expenses. It was just an example of Jat spirit, how people donated generously on the name of fellow jat. It reached to him or not, that is different story.
In case of visa interview, things might be asked; purpose of visit, do you have relatives there, where will you stay, etc. So in that regard JL members can contribute to make their visit hassle free, if people from other side want to visit but are unable to get visa just because they don’t have some family ties.

Some people are offering moentary and other help here which is good but I dont think Girdhariji had asked for any such help. May be he is better off than many of us. He Just want to be connected and if one of my friend from Karachi is to be believed there are many hindus in Sindh esp. Karachi and they are in good jobs. Holi is also celebrated and loved by many over there.

Brother, no body is talking abou money for mrGirdhari but for a samelan/gettogether where our brothers can be invited from pakistan.
