Ram was an Indian thats why I have a soft corner for him and he defeated Sri lankan Ravan somehow.

I feel Ram was not a 'Bhagwann' he was a 'bhaag van' as he ran in van (jungle) for half of his life, looking for lost Sita :D and he never found her , Hanuman organised it all. Vibhishan turned the one sided battle into Ram's favour.

He never did anything extraordinary. He almost lost the battle against Ravan many times. Hanuman helped them to bring sita back and organised 'jadi booti' to bring those 2 brothers back on feet again. Ravan was a scholar and Ram always acted as a anpadh - gawar.

He just knew how to say 'shant lakshman shant' 100 times in a day :D He always kept himself shant and did nothing.

But yey I always enjoy these festivals. Its a get together and it pamper my sweet tooth too.

Guys! Tell me your opinion and throw some light if you think I missed something important here.

Bhai Gagan, todd kar diya...par pher bhi RAM te Maryadda purshottam hi thhe. Yes Hanuman ji was Ultimate. I respect and worship both equally.

Yaar nue toh bera nahin kaun sahi tha arr kaun extraordinary par baat teri thoddi -thoddi sachi hai.
Baaki yaah baat bhee agar tu born Lanka mein na hoya toh Srilankan ke saath rehta hog Australia mein. Arrr. thoda sa sangat ka asar toh aa hee jaata hai. nyway it was good.

I think ramayana is just a story. Everyone knows that it was written by Ved Vyas. But they illogically refuse to admit it.

Its one of my favorite all times. I love it. And I derive a lot of inspiration from it.

The name is Val-miki and not Ved Vyas.:)

Ved-Vyas Wrote Mahabharat, Geeta, Braham sutra, bhashya on yoga darshan.

bhai gagan,for all those who think that JATS of sonepat are "sola duni aath",there is a good story & mathematical calculations which proves that 13*7=28,28/7=13 & 13+13+13+13+13+13+13=28.As you know mathematics is all about conventions so it can be easily proved.Though it is difficult for me to explain it here,one needs to have paper-pen.The story is also too good, my father asked me to prove it some years before.Right now i don't remember the story but within few days i'll definately share it with you all.

Ram ram(tumhare liye Ravan Ravan), bhai tumhari kangaroo chhaap fooljhariya, langoor chhaap patashe aur cheepkali chhaap machis ki dabbi aaj hi mili hai... badle mein mane Bush chhaap anaar, Condy chhaap candies aur Turkey chhaap burfi(pura 1 kilo ka dabba, baant ke khana akele nahi) FedEx se bhej diya hai...

Lanka walon ko meri taraf se "paraajay-dashmi" ke dukhad avsar par saantvana de diyo.. aur tu apni padhayi ka dhayaan rakhiye, khub ghee khana, passon ki dikkat ho to ghar bol dena sharman ki koi baat koni, aur ghar walon ki chinta mat kariyo, sab theek hai, bhains baya gayi hai(katda layi hai), bajra lamni kar liya hai(Ram to barsa nahi), apni lomdi ne 10 piloore diye hein(ek aada FedEx kar doon kya?)... aur baki baad mein.. aur jyada chithi mat dala kar, yo tera susra daakiya jab bhi chithi lata hai ek chai pee jata hai...
