Sumit bhai, ya baat teu hajam konya hui..............Even if a Chamar says the same........He will also look stupid. You are mixing up things dear. When you have the required qualification, where does the question arise for mention of CAST......Funny yaar. No body has looked down upon me till date for being a jat. Ok....your qualifications matter towards getting a job for sure but lineages are important to give you a proud feelings...and ofcourse they are the safe landing grounds in adverse circumstances.

Take the ‘chill pill’ brother and next time when you apply for job, make the prospective employer aware of personal capabilities and attributes of a Jat that:

Being a progressive jat means you are ‘clever’ but honest and reliable person.

Modern in outlook but take pride in your roots.

Flexible but reliable and dedicated like a soldier.

Make the prospective employer believe that you can make a difference to his organization because you have faith in self and faith in your lineage.

On the contrary if tell the employer that you don’t care for your roots,he or she will show you the door.

I went to Delhi Public School, NOIDA. Now these are "all-punjabi" schools. There are couple of incidents I want to tell evryone about.

My grandmother (Nani) is a solid jatni. Themost solid I have ever known. There are countless incidents of beating the crap out of people, male or female irrespective.

There was a punjabi kid in my class. He came to know I am a jat. I was usually the shy one. He would always make fun of me. Then one day when the rickshaw came to pick me up for school, my Nani who had come to know about the whole story, came along with me, and uss punjabi chohre ke ek jor ka rehpta baja diya. Woh din, hai aur aaj ka din. That boy treats me with utmost repect. And I am talking about when I was 4 or 5 year old. I remember when I was in India 5-6 years ago, and I met this boy, he told me about the whole incident.

During another incident, I smashed some other kids head at school. The teacher called y mother. My grandmother did the honor instead. After listening to the whole story, guess what she told the teacher. She told her: eeb ken aadha sar foda haai, aagli barriyan purra bhobhra khol degaa.

Ohh gosh. As I write this, I feel a strong urge to see my aging Nani. I havent seen her in years.

I agree with you that there is this hot bloodedness about jats.

But I want you to focus on my point that it counts to be smart in our professional lives, in order to do good.

jab Ishwar bhaktihoti hai, deshbhakti hoti hai, patrikbhakti hoti hai............tou dev kaka ki in rachanao ko phadne ke baad mujhe lagta hai Kaumbhakti bhi honi chahiyea and we as jats should practisce it relegiously.

BTW sumit is your punjabi friend's family is the only sucessfull NRI in US, then why his example, even jats have done good in US and other countries, hahhahaa

Also the incidents u mentioned about ur Nani ji, tell her about ur approach and how much u luv ur kaum as of now, iss baari bhoobra sa tera aae phodegi waaah, uss balak ka nahi.

last thing... not only your signatures are contradictory, your ID name "dahiyarules" is also quite contradictory, plz do not make it look gud for others u can wrtie anything there, no one would have any objections, and no one gets impressed from these lines, these lines are in heart and soul of every true jat and yeaaaaah all these things make me belive that u have a lill imposter inside you... kindly throw him out if at all u discover him and feel the need to do the same.
