I am pleased to inform you all that jat jagat Melbourne would be celebrating Deewali on saturday, 4th of October. Here is the Copy of the Email sent to members by the organisers


Sabko Ram Ram,

Jat Jagat will be celebrating Diwali Mahotsav - festival of joy,
splendour, brightness and happiness on Saturday October 4th, 2008 .

We are working on finalizing the details. More information on this will be
circulated soon.

So mark the evening of 4th October in your calendar for the celebrations.

deshwal bhaisaab ! is baar camera nahi tai mobile tai kimme photu-phatu taar liyo ar hade chep diyo. haam bhi dekh lenge dipaaawali mahotsav 'home comin of sir Ram' :mad:

Thanks for the overwhelming response from you all for showing the
interest and support for the Diwali Utsav.

This email is just to clarify few queries that have been raised for the
Big Day - 'Diwali Utsav' - 4rd October 2008.

1. Children should be encouraged to contribute to the event with
whatever they wish and enjoy.
To make this a wonderful experience and avoid disappointment,
Parents please email to info@jatjagat.org.au IN ADVANCE with details
and
some one from Jat Jagat will contact you ASAP to schedule the item on
the day. Please make a special effort to encourage your kids, as this
is
a wonderful opportunity to ignite their creativity and talent.
And we guarantee they are the one who will create an unforgettable
impression in our heart forever. Also you as a parent will feel a
satisfaction beyond description.

2. Everyone is welcome to contribute to different activities on the day
e.g., games, jokes, songs, poetry, dance or anything else to make the
Diwali function lively. So come prepared.

3.Dress code - If we are promoting Indian Festival, Indian outfit will
not be too much to ask for (not mandatory however). Good opportunity
for
everyone to show off their latest and traditional outfit from India. We
should also encourage children to do the same.

4.Food Stall - Mouth watering combination of Chaat and other food
items will be
available on the day at a very reasonable price.

5. Last but not the least please make a sincere effort to be there on
time 5:30PM - SHARP. A small thing to ask for but will play a vital
role
in the success of this Diwali Utsav.

Once again ideas and suggestions are always welcome.

Bhai Jit,

Sabhi ko to main nahin Jaanta, lekin second picture mein apne respectable Sateypal Deshwal uncle and his wife and in the fifth photo our another respected senior member Sh Sanjeev Dahiya Ji (Black Suit). He is a migration Lawyer here, so if you have any queries about coming to Australia ask him.

Ar chinta na kare bhai agle saal ikathe manaayenge Diwali Mela....
