Anger is the menifestation of one's inability to handle a given situation. May be Jats have to master the art of handling situations much more than they can do presently...

rajendra ji, yey baat to bilkool theek kahi lekin mujhey nahi lagtaa ki yey masterii jat jaldi se le aa sakta hai.....hameshaa aisey seeng uthayey khadey rah sae jan tae inn ki koi jhotti khol le gya ho!!!!!!!!!!!
 
jat har kaam mein chust hota hai, isliye usko jaldi gussa ata hai, baki log dhile dhale hote hain isliye time lag jata hai.

I think you put the answer in the best way. We do have to work hard to master the situations. We need to be more polite in our approach, as well as a little diplomatic.

Controlling anger itself is a difficult task. May be it is because we lack the ability to deeply analyze the situations. I am not sure, what is the reason, but surely we need to be a little cooler than what we are in general. We need to develop a habit of seeing good points in others.
