It seems the judges were not part of life lead by north western people especially life of farmers and soldiers.
It also seems judges were not also aware of the small land holdings that farmers of north west India hold.
This is a clear cut biased view.

There seems to be some religious view to the entire issue due to the central government.

This is a one sided judgement.

Reservation is yours if you want it.

What u must remember that your ancestors have given their life, blood and sweat to this country and to the world.

How many traktors are there in Jat villages? How many head counts are there?

How far are they from Delhi?
 
Jats, Rajpoots, Gukhas, etc. have been fighting wars, etc. in the name of land, religion, etc. as long as history remembers. Besides that they have been involved in hardest work that of farming.

Only farming communities can understand what it means to stand and work in the farming fields of north western India at 45 degree Celsius in hot bright sun and baking earth under the feet.

Farming in north-western India has been the hardest work with total unpredictability of life, occupation and food.

What appears to have happened in the latest episode on Jat reservation in the Apex court is perception winning against reality.The limited reports that have trickled down on the rejection of the Jat claim can be put into two categories.A.The popular perception that the Jats are well off people confident and in no way backward in their habitat.This perception has been there all along and the Jats themselves have enjoyed it, irrespective of the reality on ground reflected in informal surveys. The Jat face has been fighting (and legitimately so) for a social hierarchy immediarely next to the Brahmanas ever since the famous (or should I say notorious!) judgement (during British days) of the Punjab High Court, describing the Jats as Shudras. But that is a separate issue.B. The parameters for determining OBC status are well laid down, yet not always invoked while including certain castes in OBC category.The Jats fit in quite well therein. To my mind the Court could have been swayed by the perception aspect of the group. Then came the timing which seems to have impacted decision making. It is not the fault of the Jats that the decision was taken by an out going government just before the elections. So has the Court punished the Jats for the mistake of the government. The Jats deserved a more argued verdict. No Judge would allow an under represented party to suffer for want of pleadings or for the conduct of the pleader. There is need for a re-do- better one next time. The work already done will not go waste.

"Selfish leadership", any community has to realize that any work is not a one person(leader) work.

It is a mutual effort and there is a need to do mass movement.

Just imagine if all the farmers from all the states where Jats live converge into Delhi?

BJP ki sarkar mei to bhool hi jaao. kuch nahi hoga. sab pagal bana diya is reservation k liye.

Good News - Haryana cabinet approves Jat Reservation Bill

It is reliably learnt that Haryana Cabinet has approved the Jat Reservation Bill today morning. A new category 'C' will be created in Backward class for Jats + 4 other communities and 10% quota will be given to these 5 communities. The bill will now be put up in Legislative Assembly for passing . Half work is done and it is expected that the bill will be passed in Haryana Assembly also as most of the political parties are in its favour including BJP (though heavy opposition in BJP by most of its MLAs). Lets hope for the best.
