Jat was a caste or Jat means King or Ksetriya in ancient History.

its out of blue but out of curiousity want to know when this word'jatt/jat' came into existenece and how we evolved from the time of manu???????

Dhaka Bhaisahab my question was very small but it was not a vague question, i tried reading reading it from lot of places but yet to know how we came into existence, when people started segregating themselves into jat , baniya, brahman , gujjars etc???

1st century se lekar 5th century tak muje kahin bhi Jati(Caste) ward nahin mila.Ha Jatoon ka pure Bharat par Raaj tha iske kuch tethie jarur mile he.
Is liye yehe aanumaan lagaya ja sakta he ki koi bhi kabila jo veeroon ka tha vo Jat sangh me saamil kar liya jata tha.Oor Jat 5th century tak caste na hokar ek Veeroon(yodhaon) ka sangh tha jisne sampuran bharat par Raaj kiya.Lekin Gupt kaal ki samapt par yeh sangh bikhar gaya jiske karan isne dobara choote-2 rajyoon ka roop le liya usi samye Brahmano ne Rajput ward ko introduce kiya.
 
Peeking in the ancient history always turns out a wild goose chase. All the people here and around the world are running their imaginations most of the time while saying about ancient history. In the ongoing commonwelath game, something striked my mind. It may sound ridiculous and may be I am just running my imagination wild. Anyway, whatever it is I will share it .
if we see the wrestling and their contenders in the entire world, russians, siberains, ukrainians, iranians and kazakhs are best in world (this region was called scythia in ancient history). India wrestlers are also good but slightly outshined .most of the wrestlers in India are Jats. Wrestling is in our blood and we see an analogy here . Russians, siberains, ukrainians, iranians . kazakhs and Indian jats.....all scythians and great wrestlers.....!!..

Wrestling is game of own strength & self confidance and as per Bhai Prashants comment.
Russians, siberains, ukrainians, iranians, kazakhs and Indians have same body structure,Face cut's and also hardworking.
