Jatland members without their photographs

Narender bhai sahib, blaming the admins here just doesn't cut it. I have found
them to be very tolerant and lenient. If anything they give you enough rope
you hang yourself several times over. To actually get banned here you must
have been very irresponsible. Think about it !

Computer mushkil se milta hai aur phir bhi irresponsible posts karte rahte
ho ? Aisa kyun karte ho ? Scarce resources need to be smartly utilized.
(I guess for people like us its different. Broadband access at work and at home.
Multiple computers. Even on the go access.)

Members here, and members alone, are responsible for their own actions. You
cannot blame the admins or other members for your own irresponsible posts.
Each of us here has a responsibility for the contents of our posts. Blaming
someone for being instigated to respond irresponsibly cannot be an excuse. the
onus of measured responses has to lie with each of us.

Aur badle mein mera "Purana User ID Block kar diya tha-Administrator/Moderator ne". In sab cheejon se main topic ki taraf se dhyaan hat jaata hai.

Lekin dekha ye gaya hai ki apne Administraotrs bada hi paksh-paat karte hai.


PS: Uncle ji ek to ye Pixle meri samajh se bahar hain aur dusra Scanner ka aur Digital Camera ka kahaan se jugaad karun. yahaan computer hi badi mushkil se naseeb hota hai vo bhi kabhi-kabhi.[/B]

Chaacha, the suggestion of using our real pics along with real identities has
been going on here for long. There is nothing new here. I think it is very
desirable. But some people are going to and others aren't. That is the current setup
on Jatland. Current policy and mechanism on Jatland are as they are. I have
tried to make suggestions in the past but we are still as we have always been.

You mention making Jatland a serious platform, but fail to mention
how it does not currently meet such a criteria. As I see it, it is as serious
a platform as its members make it. What is holding you or anyone back
in coming up with an issue and running with it. You'll find all kinds
of supporters and naysayers. That would be no different anywhere else.
Diverse people. Diverse opinions. Those who want to do will do.

Please help us understand how Jatland has failed to meet your criteria as
a serious platform for the community. And please don't say "dedicated and
serious members". Thats one angle that no one can control. Each is onto his
own. You (and I mean anyone here) as a leader has to get an idea, strategize,
find support and willing people and then make it happen.

Mera sujhao yah hai ki Jatland ek effective plateform oobhar kar janta ke saamne aaye. I would like that most jatland members know each other personally through this plateform. Kabhi kabhi hansee majak bhi jaroori hai, magar hume jatland ko ek serious manch me develop karna bahut jaroori hai. kabhi kabhi ek do members jaroor nautankee baaj aayenge, magar mujhe poora viswaas hai ki wo jiada din nahi tik payenge.

So, let Jatland be a great place where people don't have to hide their face and identities.

2. Integerated community would be more responsible in communication and to the feelings of each other.

3. With a photo there will be a feeling of talking face to face.

Don't you want that we should know you by face ???? Kyoon Bhateeje ?? Why worry about others..You must be a handsome guy. Post your picture..let others take their turn...

Sounds without faces are like Ghosts calling from sky..who tend to go eratic at times...Words and faces combined will make things more near to the reality and would show more commitment.

Alright Chaccha.
Here is me in Mama's gaon with my Nana. This was the last time I saw
him before he passed away. Its 2/3 years old and thats me X Kgs lighter.
(Sheepish grin).

Thats all I found right now. But it should do the trick.
