नई दिल्ली। एक जमाना था जब चुनाव की घोषणा होते ही गली मोहल्लों में शाम ढले जमने वाली ताश और हुक्के की बैठकों में राजनीतिक उठापठक पर चर्चा होनी शुरू हो जाती थी, लेकिन अब 'एवरी कल्चर इज एग्रीकल्चर' की छवि से निकल कर हरियाणा के युवा मतदाता बेहद हाई टेक हो गए हैं और ब्लॉग एवं चैटिंग के जरिए चुनावी समीकरणों पर धुआंधार चर्चा कर रहे हैं।

हरियाणा विधानसभा की 90 सीटों के लिए 13 अक्टूबर को मतदान होने जा रहा है, जहां कांग्रेस फिर से वर्ष 2005 के करिश्माई नतीजों को दोहराने की उम्मीद के साथ मैदान में है, वहीं विपक्ष मुद्दों के अभाव में खुद को पहले के मुकाबले कहीं अधिक असहाय महसूस कर रहा है।
गौरतलब है कि हरियाणा के जातीय समीकरणों में जाटों का प्रतिशत 40 फीसदी से भी अधिक है और वे हर बार निर्णायक भूमिका में होते हैं। इसी समुदाय के युवा वर्ग के प्रमुख इंटरनेट अड्डे यानी 'जाटलैंड फोरम' पर युवा वर्ग चुनावी परिदृश्य पर चर्चाओं में जुटा है। जाटलैंड फोरम की वेबसाइट पर समुदाय के युवा वर्ग के लोग चुनावी समीकरणों पर खुलकर विचार व्यक्त कर रहे हैं और अधिकतर की राय यही कहती है कि कांग्रेस को 75 सीटें मिलेंगी और केंद्र की तरह वह राज्य में दोबारा सत्तासीन होने में कामयाब होगी।


जाटलैंड फोरम जाट समुदाय की ऐसी वेबसाइट है जिसके जरिए दुनिया के विभिन्न देशों में बसे जाट एक दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं। विपिन दहिया ने पांच सितंबर के अपने पोस्ट में बड़े ही रोचक तरीके से चुनावी विश्लेषण किया है। वह किसी अन्य ब्लागर के लेख के जवाब में लिखते हैं कि मैं भी चाहता हूं कि मुकाबला तगड़ा हो। पहलवान दोनों बराबर के होने चाहिए, वरना कुश्ती देखने का मजा ही क्या है, लेकिन इस बार ऐसा नहीं है। वह लिखते हैं कि महम सीट पर कांग्रेस ने आनंद सिंह डांगी और इनेलो ने पूर्व विधायक बाली पहलवान को मैदान में उतारा है, लेकिन हुडा फेक्टर के कारण मुकाबला कोई खास नहीं होगा। वरना इस बार डांगी साहब की हवा खराब है। लोगों के पास दूसरा कोई विकल्प भी तो नहीं है, सिवाय कांग्रेस के। अमन पूनिया ने अपने पोस्ट में लिखा है कि अपनी कमजोर स्थिति के चलते हरियाणा में भाजपा, इनेलो, हरियाणा जनहित कांग्रेस और बसपा सहयोगियों की तलाश में जुटी थीं।

वह लिखते हैं कि कांग्रेस मजबूत स्थिति में है और इसीलिए उसे इन चारों में से किसी की जरूरत नहीं है। जाटलैंड फोरम ब्लागिंग साइट पर चुनाव परिणामों की भविष्यवाणी करते हुए कांग्रेस को 90 सीटों में से 72.82 फीसदी मतों के साथ करीब 70 सीटें, ओमप्रकाश चौटाला की पार्टी इनेलो को 22.23 फीसदी मतों के साथ करीब 20 सीटें और भाजपा को 4.85 फीसदी मतों के साथ पांच सीटें मिलने का दावा किया गया है। पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने 67 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया था।
हालांकि राज्य में गठबंधन को लेकर अब स्थिति पूरी तरह स्पष्ट हो चुकी है, लेकिन ब्लागर डी एस काद्यान ने कहा है कि बसपा और इनेलो के बीच कभी गठबंधन नहीं हो सकता और हुआ भी तो यह पूरी तरह विफल होगा। क्योंकि जाट कभी भी किसी भी कीमत पर बसपा को वोट नहीं देंगे। राज्य में इनेलो, बसपा, भाजपा और हरियाणा जनहित कांग्रेस तथा कांग्रेस के बीच मुकाबला होगा।
हालांकि काद्यान कहते हैं कि राज्य की राजनीतिक राजधानी कहलाने वाले रोहतक में जैसी लहर कांग्रेस की है वैसी किसी अन्य हिस्से में नहीं है और पार्टी ऐसी स्थिति में नहीं होगी कि वह सरकार बना सके। गौरतलब है कि रोहतक मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र हुड्डा के पुत्र दीपेंद्र हुड्डा का संसदीय क्षेत्र है तो इसी क्षेत्र में किलोई गढ़ी सांपला से वह खुद चुनाव मैदान में हैं।


जातीय समीकरणों पर भी जमकर बहस हो रही है। जितेंद्र सिंह ने लिखा है कि चौटाला ने 16 टिकट जाटों को दिए हैं और अधिकतर जाट उम्मीदवार इन्हीं दोनों पार्टियों कांग्रेस और इनेलो से आएंगे। वह लिखते हैं कि बसपा और हजकां जाटों को टिकट नहीं देगी। कुल मिलाकर यही कहा जा सकता है कि युवा इंटरनेट के माध्यम से विधानसभा चुनाव में गहरी दिलचस्पी ले रहे हैं।

Very Interesting that they have mentioned my name in the post....I do not consider myself to be an expert in the Haryana election scenario and was stating my opinions based on the feedback I received from all the people I spoke to including family, friends and people from political class....

Anyway lets see how the election is going to end and who will emerge from it...

It's so amazing to know that there was name of the site ,where i too have an account, on j.com. Infact, not just name but a nearing exlipicit description of the role it is playing in being judgmental over so many things ranging from social matters to somewhere around politics .

There is just no doubt about it that we jats are a glorious , fearless and meticulous race ,we play a determining role in so many areas nd that day is not far away when we would just take on the world in the most exemplary and remarkable manner .I very much think that things are moving on the right track!

Nice to read!

But I am really not sure how much we are making an effect on the ground. I have said time and again ( and I am not being pessimist) that there is more to do for us (Jatland) as a community.

It is very heartening that we are noticed , infact I was telling one of my colleague other day that people are taking social networking sites seriously. An example came across when a candidate used Orkut Community - Jat World ( the largest Jat orkut community with over 27k members) to put forward his campaign message.

I think there is need to coordiante the ground "Effectiveness" and the "virtual social networking" , a great prospect from where I see. Indeed an opportunity to grab!



I was also watching a video other day where young MPs (including Deepender Hooda) were questioned on a talk show ( it was held in Stephens college) and Deepender talked about how he has done alot of work in his constituency and carries a lot of expectations along with him (he was of the opinion that the expectations were even more than from a normal MP) but the MEDIA/YOUTH PEOPLE do not question him a lot or talk about him a lot.

I agree with him on this , I guess we all are missing a point here , We blame politicians for only showing up when there are elections , but we all are a party to that behavior , we must question our representatives more and in the process make them more accountable.
