Thanks Burdakji for reposing faith in me; however, I am of the view that all the moderators, editors and senior members like your goodself are already there to represent us all in the grand assembly of the Jats i.e. Jatland.com as our Panches and Sarpanches. Hence, no other parallel body please!

One can nominate only one Panch. So far we have three Panch nominated. One of the Panch has to be Admin who will implement decision.
 
Atish bhai himself has been contributing a lot to this site. Further, his presence on Jatland has been without any controversies etc. I am sure most of us agree to have him as our Panch !

Friends,

I once again reiterate my earlier statement in reply to Burdak Sahib's post and thank all the friends in agreeing on inclusion of my name. But, I am of the view, that there are senior members of the JatLand who have devoted about a decade of their precious life in rendering selfless service who deserve to be nominated to this proposed Panchayat. I with all humility at my command am ready to withdraw my name in favour of any of the 2002 batch friend to be nominated by all of you. He may be Shri Ravi Chaudhary/Shri D.N. Deswal/Shri Anil Sangwan or all the three as they have better claim than mine for this nomination!

Thanks once again to all the friends.
 
As a JL veteran, I think Anil Sangwan is the better person to be considered. He has been very active since JL inception. Ofcourse we cannot deny the contribution of Shri Ravi Chaudhary/Shri D.N. Deswal!
 
पहली बात तो या से अक आड़े लिखे ते किम्मे होना जाना तो से नहीं.
पर जब गुत्थम गुत्था हो रे सो तो मेरा सुझाव तो यो है अक किस्से ने भी ना बनाओ . क्युकी अच्छा भला आदमी भी जब कप्तान / चौधरी / पञ्च / सरपंच बन जा है तो वो खुंड हो जा है . उदहारण के तौर पर - मन मोहन सिंह . वित्त मंत्री ठीक था, जब ते परधान मंत्री बना से , सबकी गाल खावे से . सचिन तेंदुलकर का भी योहे हाल होया था . बनाना से तो कोए इस्सा बना दयो जो पहलया ते ऐ खुंड रया हो | लोल लोल लोल्ज़ :livid:

Wrong assertion Pannu!:cool: Exceptions are everywhere but that does not mean they apply to everyone!

But I agree with your first line:
