Jatland Wiki updates

We can do one thing that we create a page Review of the book by Dr S S Rana in the index of the book. You can write review there so that these may be incorporated in later editions.

Regards,

I believe the Index is an intergral part of the book. If the author of the book is Dr. B.S Dahiya, then I don't see how its contents can be changed without his permission.

has been digitized and Wikified by me. It is now available on Jatland Wiki at

http://www.jatland.com/home/Personal_and_geographical_names_in_the_Gupta_inscriptions

Members may read it.

I have added Jatland Wiki editor note at

http://www.jatland.com/home/Persona...e_Gupta_inscriptions/Jatland_Wiki_editor_note

Here I have pointed out probable linkages of names and tribes with Jat clans.

Interestingly the author Tej Ram Sharma also considers Guptas to be of Dharan Gotra Jat Origin. Here some of the inscriptional evidences can be used to expand history of many Jat Clans.
