There was one Phool Chand Aggrawal, he got ticket of MLA. So, his supporters weighed him in coins.

unfortunately he lost. zamanat zabt ho gayi. thode bhot pisse the va bhi khatm ho liye.

next time he again contested and got the symbol "gobhi ka phool"

next day I read in vernacular news paper ki phool chand aggrawal ko gobhi ke phoolon se tola gaya.:)

koi yahan vote se bhi tolta hai.

In Jaipur I heard that Jats weighed Dharmeder and Capt Bhagwan Singh in blood.

Again Tikait was weighed in blood many times.

Ye Jatt ek Jatt ko Dilo-Jaan se tolta hai.

Yes, community will always be there with you, you just keep rising.

The way we think and act is based on the emotions, which are aroused by the current environment and past life events in accordance with one's life script. Since most of brain functions are still being researched. Emotional intellignece that is one branch of intelligence, is being discovered and understood better with recent developments.

The field of emotional intelligence geneuinely requires enthusiastic investigators interested in helping to refine the currently available ability-based assessment of emotional intelligence. This would help us in styding the predictive validity of emotional itnelligence in analysing outcome measures in various sections like school, workplace, family and social relationship. In order to pursue these goals this book tries to explore a yet scarsly touched upon area of emotional intelligence, evolution of the concept and dimentions of emotional intelligence. Compilation of the different measurement tools and their cahracteristics has been incroporated to give a feel of the arduous and twisted concept being attempted to study.

The Indian version of the Multifactor Emotional Intelligence Scale (MEIS) measurement tool of emotional intelligence has been described in details as is the tool for enhancing the emotional intelligence.
