More professionals are expected!

Dear All,
Namaste,

Being in Mobile Communication Area I know how difficult is to have some spare time to discuss something creative.
Moreover senior professional are more influenced by this factor.
This is the reason we see them rarely on JatLand.com.
But as if we got chance then we should try to get more knowledge about upcoming technologies & mostimportant the upcoming projects in India.
I m working for BSNL (UP West-Circle) Project of NOKIA on the payrole of ADA Cellworks (a mnc). Currently involved in Optimizationof Bareilly, Badaun, Pilibhit, Badaun, Rampur & Moradabad.
I have been told on a previous thread that there r some projects in pipeline upcoming in march-april this year.
To have some uplift in my career I need some change. I have 2+ yrs of experience in Mobile & Telephony (GSM/SDH) in I&C (SDH) & RF (GSM).
Any advice to optimize my & like me so many's career.
Anuj Sir is very senior so we expect something from him.
If possible, kindly provide us the information or some study material regarding 3G-UMTS.
Bye
