I would first like to introduce myself. I am Kismat Singh Dalal. I have done my BE (E&C) from NIT Surathkal. I am working as S/W engg. in DSP field (Video domain) for last 4.5 years. I work on MPEG/H.264 and other video compression standards. Its nice to see so many Jats in this S/W profession. From now on I would like to be part of discussions and contribute in whatever way I can.

and looking for a job in embedded system presently working in komansu electronics on pic microcontrollers but the problem is that the work is in assembly langauge what will i do plz tell me

hi, My name is Ajmer Singh Dhanda. Its a gr8 thread here on jatland.com where all our experienced brother and sister who r expert in IT field can guide to freshers and interact with others belong to same stream. I will complete my MCA this december end. I am interested in working in that company that hire me for databse handling. I have taken 6 months training from IA using VB6.0 as front-end , SQL server as back-end tool and crystal report as reporting tool. I am ready to do job anywhere in India. prefrence is Delhi, Gurgaon, Noiada. its nice tat you hav started a group of jats in the field of s/w.i am swasti singh. iam presently doing mca and i am in 5th sem right now.i hope i will get sufficient guidance and help from all the jats here as i will soon be going to start my career in the same field.also as i hav my 6th sem as training so i will be obliged if i get some help in my training that will be starting from feb 2006.and also if i get some help in my placement.
i am doing my mca from the prestigious M.B.M.Engg. College of Jodhpur,Raj.
it is the best engg.collg of raj.
so i will be very much obliged if i get any sort of help or guidance from all the jats in the s/w community.

Im into s/w for around 4 yrs.Working in Telcom Domain as Technical Analyst.
Presently with Comverse Inc. Gurgaon.Previously worked with Alcatel(on wireless Intelligent Networks) and IBM in telcom domain.
