Sure. Do we have a road map for rural development? Does government of India know how they wish to develop rural India? Does anyone know how much time in Parliament is devoted to rural development? Doe we bother to know the name of the rural development Minsisters? I am startting a new thread on the topic. Let us see how that thread is received by members. During my interactions with people in power I pressed many times for simple solutions for rural development, but who cares. Rural development is not a glamourous job and does not invite media attention. So no one cares.. anyway let us carry forward our discussion on another thread.

Now you have started telling the reality uncle ji. I respect it. But why not name directly as "Hoodas" ....why using fancy words like "people in power". Otherwise, do you have access to Sonia Gandhi / Manmohan Singh otherwise.....??

People in power means people in power and covers them all. Everyone wants to be associated with big name projects. day to day issues of people don't attract them. I have started another thread on rural development. Let us talk it all there.

Don't be sarcastic. Koi baharma waram nahi toota...anyway...its a good song. But I don't like sad songs...particularly the one sung by failed lovers....hahahah

I understoood, who were/are people in power for you and what it covers for you. So, you mean you discussed issues with ALL of them or only father-son duo? You didnt answer that uncle ji ;)

Only thing is, if truth will come forward clearly and faster if you name them, else it may take some time, but will come out for sure. Carry on !

I am not pin pointing bhai. Just that he has been using this "people in power" word on many threads. Wanted to understand its meaning as how many people he has access to in power and whom all gave him negative replies. Janata ko bhi to pata chale.... unki khaat khadi kare fir Janata.... bataao to sahi !!

Else, anyone can say, I discussed XYZ matter with people in power...... one peon in a govt office is also "people in power". Kayi kaam uske bina na hote....... so did RK uncle ji discuss such matters with Peons???

I heard this song may be 1000 times... everytime I listen to this song, 2 things come in my mind:

1. I went through that life style and now every kinda of task/challenge look easy because life style shown in this video is a test of your endurance/physical & Mental strength.

2. Many of our brother/sisters are still living that life and they don't have any real hope to improve the whole situation for themselves.
 
i listened to the song for the 1st time, indeed very touching.

the JAT obc demand is for these JAT's who live this life that is no good than a hell. but we still have those neo-liberals who are against this demand.
 
मन्नै तो जाटां की इसी जिंदगी बस इसी गाने में देखी सै. मन्नै जिंदगी में कोई इसा ही जाट नी देख लिया सै जिसका इसा बुरा हाल हो रह्या हो.
ये सब बात गानां लोक ही बढ़िया लागै सै. कोई जाटां वाली अकड़ में अपने आप ही अपने घर का नाश कर बैठ्या हो तो बात अलग सै, ना तै मन्नै तो सब जी सा लेमते नज़र आवे सै. आजकल तो कोई जाट महंगी कार, महंगे ट्रैक्टर, पिस्टल के लाइसेंस तै नीचे बात ही करदा कोन्या दीखदा. किसी भाई नै नज़र आवै तो बताइयो केरक.
 
बातों ही बातों में एक और बात पता चली. भाई लोगों, जिस तरह से जाटों पर 'गुलामी' जैसी सुपरहिट फिल्म बनी हुई है, क्या भारत में या दुनिया में किसी और जाति पर ऐसी सुपरहिट फिल्म बनी है?
हिंदी में एक और फिल्म है 'राजपूत', लेकिन जाटों को भी राजपूतों में ही गिना जाता है और इसीलिए उसमें भी धर्मेन्द्र को ही हीरो बनाया गया था, वो सुपरहिट फिल्म नहीं है. यानी कि जनता ने भी समझा कि हां जाट सच में प्रशंसनीय हैं, इसलिए विशुद्ध रूप से जाटों के पराक्रम पर आधारित फिल्म 'गुलामी' को जनता ने खूब पसंद किया.

अब मैं ये पूछना चाहता हूं कि क्या कोई ऐसी भी खूबी बची है, जो जाटों में ना हो? कोई और जाति है इस दुनिया में, जिसमें इतनी खूबियां हों? बाकी जातियां इनका मुकाबला करने चल तो देती हैं, लेकिन इनके जैसा करके कोई कुछ नहीं दिखाना चाहता, ना खेती में, ना खेलों में, ना बहादुरी में, ना संपन्नता में, ना प्रतिष्ठा में, ना राजनीति में.....................ना किसी भी और चीज़ में.
हमें सभी जातियों का सम्मान करना चाहिए, क्योंकि उन्होंने भी हमें सम्मान देने में कोई कंजूसी नहीं बरती है. ठाकुर तो लगभग हमारी ही बराबरी के हैं (आजकल थोड़े लापरवाह से हो गए हैं बस). बाकी सब भी हमारे भाई हैं. सभी जाटों को चाहिए कि वे अपनी इन खूबियों को बनाकर रखें, ताकि आने वाली नस्लें भी हमारी तरह ही गर्व के साथ जी सकें. ये 'जट्ट दी जून बुरी' जैसे बकवास गाने लोगों को हास्यास्पद ही लगें, सभी जाटों को इसके लिए जी-जान से प्रयास करना चाहिए. हमें यह भी याद रखना चाहिए कि हम सब सबसे पहले भारतीय हैं और देश को हमसे बहुत-सी उम्मीदें हैं. हम जाटों को भारत की धरती से ही यह सब मिला है, इसलिए भारत की शान बढ़ाना सभी जाटों का परम कर्त्तव्य है.
