Bhai yaha 1 saal nikalna bhi mushkil hai yaha, fir bhi kar raha hoon koshish.

lekin ek problem ye ho gayi ki mera 6 month java me experience hai aur ab inhone mujhe SEM/ SEO field me as a Business Analyst daal diya.....
ab 6 month java me experience hai aur current as a business analyst job kar raha hoon.....to six month baad mera 1 year exp. count hoga ya ni?agar kahi apply karu to????????

Maine java me 6 months ek project per kaam kiya tha......yaha dil ni laga to main ghar bhag gaya......ab 3 months bad yaha fir join kiya......yaha fir join karne se inhone meri profile change kar di as a SEM/SEO Business Analyst appoint kiya hai.
main soch raha tha ki 6 months hote he yaha se jump mar jau kyuki 1 year exp. ho jyega(6 (java) + 6 (Business analyst)). Lekin ek se pucha to pata laga ki ya to java me 1 yr kar ya Business analyst me........dono ko mila k 1 year exp. count ni hoga.
confuse hoon yaar aisa he hota hai ya ni??????????

Agar Java me kaam karna chahta hai to pura experience Java ka dikha de. Office se alg ghar pe aa kar Net se project utha le Java ke chote-chote or Java me expertise bna le. Jaha interview dene jaye wha poora experience Java me dikha de. Dont give them a sniff of an idea that you have not worked on Java completely. But do it quickly, nahi to aage muskil ho jyega fir tere liye Java me niklna.
 
Deepak bhai project to maine 3 kar rakhe hain aur sabhi pe company me working ho rahi hai. main net se aur project bhi utha lu lekin kisi company se java me exp. kaise dikhau?/??
 
Nobody is going to ask you for a proof that you have worked on so n so project. They will check your knowledge related to Java/project and process you followed doing your work. If they are satisfied by your replies then its more than enough. Company relieving letters contains only the tenure of YOUR ASSOCIATION with them and your designation. Your resume will tell the interviewer how many years you have worked on Java and that is in your hands only :)

I fully second with Deepak bhai. You don't need to show your experience as BA, show all your experience in Java and 1 project is more than sufficient for showing 1 year of experience. You should be able to convince the interviewer that you know in and out of the project, that's it. Experience on resume helps you to get into the company but it is the knowledge which helps you to survive there.
 
Thankx Deepak and Deependra...... plz give some information about java certification programs, so I can do this in parallel of my current job.
