Jhuggi and Zhopri has been become a business. Like Mumbai trend in Delhi and NCR it is going on and on.

What do you think on that, is it a planned conspiracy or not? Why govt never see who is coming? Govt think one day it will be a vote bank, like in Mumbai. But govt never think how thier child will survive.
One day govt will give them a house to vaccat that area and in this way they will get a new house and they will sale it and will made one more jhuggi in other area.

Mafias aquired Govt land and sell the Jhuggi in 30,000/- and then started illegal activities from these areas. Because no one will come in there area and will see what they are doing.

People who is living near to these areas will come in trouble and will waste their energy unneccessarly. They will come in new fears.

Please put your views why Juggi and slum area is not good for society? In future what problem will come.

Major Land scam was unearthed in DELHI SECRETARIAT,
where one canteen thekedaar one Malhotra was found to be owner of more than 4000 plots meant of SLUM guys.

Development happens only in few cities across INDIA, so people have to move to unknown destinations. Building a home for family needs time plus money.
Its a symbol of failure of GOVERNMENT POLICIES.

If Farming / Agriculture is made a profit business then this problem can be solved.


*Garib aadmi kuch nahin chahta..sirf 2 waqt ki roti aur izaat ke 2 labz........these guys are real working guys..
They don't develop tummies via bank interests sitting idle....and....planning kitty parties...and undue comment on middle class.

Naxalites will be controlled in a better way as more work of so called developement ( concrete construction) will be started....so labour will get work.

ALL southern states will be immensely happy.
Even states like Orissa ,Jharkhand, & this way Goa will not be far away

Less loss of haryana water..being given to DILLI WALAS
Bombay will be centric hub..so good movies..more entertainment.
 
See one thing once Zhuji become more than one thousand then problem started with system. So solution is rehabilate them in some area where development is less and vote bank is not into their favour.

So they make new basti and get the vote bank with the help of those people.

You can not buy land in kashmir , mizoram and some other areas but here govt will take your land and will ask you to leave this area, because we need more land to rehabilate them. You take some money and move from here. After 2010 you will loose delhi. Future will be dark after 2010.

If they are really concise about poor then why they are not making houses in villages why they are not giving all facilitis into villages, why they are doing all things into delhi only.

They are not getting good life in delhi but govt want them to live bad life in NCR. If govt want they can give good life to them in their village.

This kind of system will make bad life in delhi and NCR.
 
In Delhi and NCR, why they want to do devlopment , why Govt do not want to devlop Vidharb, Bhundel khand and chambal area. A lot of land is baren in that area. is govt don't have vision? If govt, start runing industries in that area then they can develop these areas with new industries. Why they are taking fertile land of NCR's kisan and making them poor and giving benefit only 10 perecnt peopel.
Kya Govt ke Pass VISION NAHI hai? Kya govt development ke naam per NCR ke logo ko poor nahi bana rahi hai? kevel 10 perecnt logo ke fayade ke liye yeh kaam nahi kar rahae hai. Jahan per Garibi hai aur jahan per jameen upjaoo nahi wahan per kya yeh devlopment nahi kar sakte. kya sare ka sara development yanhi NCR mai hi karna jaroori hai.
