Following is the requirement from IBM.
Test Lead with 5+ years of testing experience, who has been involved in
testing/QA for at least 5 years. Should be able to lead a team of Test Engineers
and also have ability to coordinate between developers and Testers. Should be
passionate about testing and should be knowledgeable on product testing. Should
have worked on test automation tools like winrunner, and should be able to guide
the testing team in automation. Should have testing experience on Unix Platforms
such as AIX, Solaris. Should have testing experience on Databases like DB2 and
Oracle. Should have testing and deployment knowledge of Web servers like WAS and
Weblogic. Experience/knowledgeable on Enterprise Software development. Should
have experience in Product Release and knowledgeable about Product Customers.
Should have good communication and good team player.
OTHER Requirements are:
(i) JAVA/ J2EE professionalsproficient on either Weblogic or Websphere (HP/
Oracle/GXS )
(ii) MIDDLEWARE - MQ Series professionals (IBM)
(iii) PowerBuilder ( Along with experience in C++)
(iv) DB2 DBAs (IBM)
(v)Quality Management(1 to 4yrs)-SAP Laps India
(vi)Java/j2ee-3 to 4yrs-SysArris Software/Sonata
(vii)C++/VC++-3 to 4yrs-SysArris Software
(viii)Oracle Apps-Accenture
