Java Server Pages:

  • Core Java and J2EE technologies - (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and Struts)
  • Experience in Oracle/DB2/Sybase/Other Database - (DBMS, SQL experience is Mandatory)
  • Expertise in Hibernate and JBPM (preferred)
  • Good understanding of design patterns.
  • Experience in maintenance project adds value and also liked by client.
  • Unix/Shell Scripting (Nice to have, not Mandatory but good to have command level knowledge)
  • Good hands-on Java, J2EE and SQL expertise. Basically candidate should posses’ good knowledge/experience in Object Oriented Concepts, strong basics & fundamentals of Java.
Life Science – Medidata EDC:

  • Experience with OPX2 – Named Formula, OPX2 Scripts, Load Arrays, Customization using OPX2 Reports, Scheduling, Resource Management
  • Testing experience, including writing and executing test scripts and documenting the results
  • Independent – able to work without day-to-day supervision
  • Customer / Client / User interaction
  • Strong communication skills
JDE:






Should have worked on the following assignments/should be well versed in the following areas:
  • Chartered Accountancy background or an expert in Finance
  • GL and AP and AR experience in JDE world soft green screen version 7.3
  • Experience in handling calls and tickets raised by Finance users of AP, GL and AR
  • Creating Batch Programs/updates.
  • FASTR/World Writer Reporting Tools.
  • Should have mentored or lead teams of more than 6 people
  • Experience in Maintenance projects and with European clients is a plus
Performance Test - Test Management:

  • Should be able to plan, execute, analyze performance testing projects
  • Strong scripting skills in Load Runner / Silk Performer are MUST
  • Analyze performance test results
  • Understand application architecture, application usage profile, basic networking concepts and database concepts
  • Any experience in application profiling would be added advantage.
  • Effective client handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Should be able to manage small team

Preferably certified MCBBA, MCTS in SQL 2005
Involved into production support activities

Knowledge of Product Configuration and ability to configure solutions across the applications landscape
Understanding of trends in insurance globally and key business and technology imperatives
Techno-functional background
2-3 years experience with SI vendors & managing Financial Services customers
Should have worked across applications during tenure with the SI vendor with global Insurers.
Experience in the area of Product Configuration, building Rules Engine capability for global life Insurance companies ( Bespoke Solutions, Interfaces and surrounding work related to popular Insurance Packages globally like Life 400, Life Asia, INGENIUM, CYBERLIFE, ALICE, PREMIA, etc )
Good knowledge of Actuarial systems such as PROPHET
Ability to define and document business processes for Product Configuration
Good knowledge of rules engines configuration, business rules validation, product configuration, etc
Have a good idea of requirements, gap analysis, functional design, testing and UAT. Be able to create and reuse product templates and set up Product Libraries
Should be able to validate and suggest changes/improvements in Product Configuration across servers, storage, backup, security etc.

Good oral communications skills

Ability to work in teams
Strong presentation skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Able to manage changing priorities and address issues quickly
