Profile 1: Manager - Operations

Work Areas:
-- Managing the coaching centre part of Pacifica (Academics).
-- Managing the office day to day work and other operations.
-- Managing the Counselling work in the office.

Skills Needed : Self started, energetic person with passion for excellence in education and related processes. Must havea n excellent academic record and background. Good managerial and business skills, good analytical skills and excellent communcation skills. Should be able to work independently or in groups and be able to effective manage subordinates.


Preference : MBA/M.Tech. / B.Tech from a reputed institution.
 
Profile 2 : Manager - Marketing and Business Development

Work areas:

-- Market Research and Trend Analysis.
-- Direct marketing of the firm.
-- Indirect and e-marketing of the firm.
-- Business Development by reaching out to potential client base.
-- Product development and brand management.

Skills required
An self starter with excellent communication and analytical skills , some experience in market research preferred , passion for marketing and business development. Should be able to do market research as needed and come out with product development and corresponding marketing strategies. Very high presentation skills required.


Preference : MBA/M.Tech. / B.Tech from a reputed institution.

Looking for experienced persons in the filed of edcuation and immigration counsultancy.
The candidate must be self-starter and should be able to work independently and in groups.
Must posess excellent communication skills and must have a enthuthiasm in the filed of edcuation/careers/immigration.

Location : Chandigarh.
 
Leel - 1 , this company is founded by Vishal Malik. He is a long time friend of mine , he is an Electrical Engineering graudate from IIIT , worked for Ericsson as a design engineer for a couple of years and then decided to leave the job and take up entrepreneurship. He did a couple of years research on the feasibility of the model of the company and other analysis and ground work to kick start this.

Other than being a consultant to my friend Vishal in all the work, I might be joining him as a working partner some time soon.

Thank you Sir for your interest. We currently do not plan to go thin as we already have Karnal and Chandigarh offices. However we do have plans to move to Delhi in 1 year or so , we would definitely get in touch once we decide to go ahead with that.

Seems Anil ji u are quiet busy............The reason I asked the question above is coz I have intensive experience working with Australian Education agencies both in India and now here in Australia. I have worked in various postions and therefore wondered why ur focusing on US....there are opportinites here as well
