Young freshers find it hard to grab these opportunities

your efforts are apprctd..


i still remember one HR-Head (i don't wish to disclose his name), who had posted some vacancies, and when i contacted him, he said they don't recruit freshers......he didn't even gave me any reference.

this happens to non-IT freshers..

-Experience in Java , Struts, JSP, Servlet, Websphere , XML, J2EE, Web Services Technologies and any one configuration tool
-Understanding of network connectivity
-Strong interpersonal, Organization and analytical skills.
-Experience in system analysis and data analysis.
-Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
-Understanding of Travel
-Understanding of RAD , Visio
-Understanding of Enterprise Systems (i.e. databases and Legacy Systems)
-Experience in travel domain will be preferred
