Location: Bay Area CA
Description:
This position is for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will work in a team
environment to test and release security software products to secure email,
files, disks, and other media for the top Fortune 500 corporations. In
particular , this position focuses on automation of backend testing for our
server product.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years software QA experience
* 3+ years QA experience with commercial server products
* Experience on many Operating Systems including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
X
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong experience with one or more scripting languages such as Perl, and
Unix shell scripting
* Ability to broadly understand product and company goals to create new test
cases and design new automation techniques to handle them
Desirable
* Experience with security products
* Knowledge of OpenSSL, OpenSSH and other IETF security protocols
* Experience testing Windows or Mac OS X client products
* Good to have past exp. with Exchange Server,Postgresql, XML, sendmail,
Linux, and OpenLDAP
* Experience with LodeRunner,APTest and other QA Automation tools
