Let me be crisp about it , a few words to members/admins from my side ( comes from experience on this site and other virtual world "affairs"!



To Members:

People must realise that this site is not a "public" property ultimately , so do not expect rational justification of each and every action. Period.

If you do not have enough faith in the leadership/admin staff , feel free to leave without publisicing the "Act" ( Drama would be a better word!) of leaving.

Mods/Admins are humans as well , its only human to commit mistakes. For a member there are only 5-6 mods to shoot at , for moderators there are so many members to take care of , so understand/apprecaite the "difference" in responbilities.

No matter how hard you try , you can never justify each and every action of yours , satisfying each one is a distant dream.

Nothing like an absolute democracy works , be authoritarian about things at times , that is very helpy!

It is not about me or any other member or any group of members , it might be a temporary downsurge in activities if a few leave/get banned. The "Show" will go on! So you know what to do!

I am here since 2002 and seen many worthy member left in between, b,coz they felt humiliated by some of members personal comments. Like now Admin. Virender Narwal is feeling He is a rare among rare Jat who is a successful in businessman and belong from cultured family who hold all kind of CHOUDHAR” in their home district. He is giving his valuable time to our JL… but now disheartened by personal comments ..Aur Admin. Ki us So called CHOUDHAR ko Laat marne ki Tayyar hai Jiske liye Kai lallayit hai.

मैं हरविंदर भाईसाहब की इस बात से बिलकुल सहमत हु | नरवाल भाई जी के लिए जो शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया हैं वो बहुत ही गलत हैं ,| नरवाल जी एक ज़रखेय्ज़ परिवार से तालुक रखते हैं | सभी मेम्बरान व समस्त मोड्स ने नरवाल साहब के हक में त्यागपत्र देकर , सहमती जता के दिखा दिया हैं के कौन सही कौन गलत हैं | अगर किसी मेंबर को शिकायत थी तो contact us में अपने विचार लिख सकता था , यहाँ सरेआम बिलकुल गलत बात हैं | मेरी अपने इन नौजवान भाइयो से गुजारिश हैं की ये अपने ऐसे मखसूस विचार प्रकट करने से पहले सोच ले | नरवाल जी व हरविंदर जी हमारे बहुत ही मुख्लिस व अज़ीज़ भाई हैं | हम यहाँ एक परिवार की तरह से हैं | अगर हम किसी पर निजी तौर पर कटाक्ष करने वाली , किसी को आहत करने वाली पोस्ट लिखंगे तो हमारी पोस्ट्स को डिलीट करने का हक भी इन् मोड्स को होना चाहिए | हर व्यक्ति का अपना आत्मसम्मान होता हैं | इसलिए भाइयो कृपया करके अपनी तहरीरें जोश में न आकर होश में लिखे जिससे किसी के मान सम्मान को ठेस न पहुचे | मेरी सत्येशवर भाई से अर्ज़ हैं की वो इस मसले को सुल्जाने की कोशिश करे , सबके गीले सिकवें दूर करने की कोशिशे करें | सचिन बाल्यान का बैन हटाया जाये , उसे कहा जाये की भाई ऐसे किसी के साथ बतमीजी से पेश आ कर भागने का क्या फायदा कोई बात हैं तो खुल के बता | अगर नरवाल जी जैसे समझदार व अन्य दुसरे हमारे मोड्स इस तरह से छोड़ कर जाने लगे तो चल लिया काम | देसी भाषा में न्यू कह ल्यो अक फेर तो या जाटलैंड नाम की दूकान ऐ बंद हो ज्या गी |

Main 2-3 din se JL par nahi aaya tha aaya bhi to login logout ki problem ke karan jyada samay tak nahi raha. aaj maine aakar ye thread dekhi to pata laga ki saare mod VN ji ki samarthan me apni apni kursi chhod rahe hain.

Vaise to mere se senior member bhi pahle hi request kar chuke hain ki koi mod chhod kar na jaaye. Lekin fir bhi Main apni aur se request karta hoon ki JL ko banaye rakhne ke liye kripya ise chhod kar na jaaye.

Jis din Sachin bhai ki post delete hooye thi usi din meri bhi kuchh post delete hooye thi. lekin isme aisa kuchh bhi aisa nahi tha ki us baat ko til ka taad banaya jaaye.

Don't you think we are just pulling legs of our own brothers. Kadwa sach tho ye hai ki aur log hamare baare mein kya sochten hai. Instead of doing some constructive work and develop our community, we just do these type of counter attacks on each other. Agar koi Nasamjh bachcha nadani karta hai to usko tul dene ke bajae taalna behtar hai. Ye hi baddapan kahlayega. Baddapan vyavahar mein deekhna chahiye na ki Biography mein.

Today I got a comment on an international forum Toolbox for IT and I shocked

"Wishing you a happy time in Meerut. The city of Jats Ha Ha ha.

Bilkul yehi mere vichaar hai.

VN ji ek bade bhai ke roop mein hai. Bangaloe mein rehte hue mujhe kabhi akela mehsoos nahi hua. Hamesha lagta hai ki koi family support hai. Kuch bhi parehsaani hui, VN ji ko call kiya aur baate share ki. Lekin jab kuch posts padhi unke khilaaf apshabd dekhe toh achha nahi laga. Jo aadmi apna kaam itni sincerity se karta hai uske khilaaf bhi log hai aur aisi bhasha ka istemaal karte hai.

Ek ye Sangwaan ji hai jo sabki bahut izzat karte hai. Muh par thappad mar do aur fir kaho bahut izzat karta hoon... ye koun si izzat hai bhai ... kaha se sikhi itni izzat karni.

Woh kehte hai na ek machali saare talab ko ganda kar deti hai... Arre sidha solution hai ... machali ko nikal fenko ... kyu talab ke paani ko gaadhala kar rahe ho... agar koi doosri machali bhi infected ho(which i am sure ki kam se kam ek toh hai) toh usse bhi sadne se pehle hi fenk do.

Narwal ji, Jaise sabhi ne upar likha ki aapka kaam sabko pasand hai aur sab chhte hai aap apna ye daayitav fir se sambhaale. Mein aasha karta hoon ki aap itne logo ki request ki izzat karenge. Aur aage bhi bass yehi yaad rakhiye ki jab haathi jhoon kar chalta hai toh kutte toh bhonkte hi hai... par kya haathi bother karta hai ??? Kutte ki itni aukaat nahi hoti ki woh haathi ke nazdeek bhi jaa sake ... door rehkar hi kaaiye kaaiye karta rehta hai. ऋतू जी यह तो मैंने पहले ही लिखा हैं सत्येशवर जी को की वो सबके गीले सिकवें दूर करें | आप मेरी बड़ी बहन जैसी हैं यहाँ नरवाल जी हरविंदर जी या , आपके खिलाफ ही नहीं कई लोग तो पहलवान दारा सिंह रंधावा के बारे में लिख गए उनकी पोस्ट कोई डिलीट नहीं , उनके खिलाफ कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया | एक पठे ने तो पहलवान जी को नकली तक लिख दिया उसके खिलाफ कुछ नहीं | एक ने तो मेरे छोटे भाई विवेक गठ्वाला को उनके परिवार तक को उठवाने की धमकी दे डाली | आज यह सब एक मजाकिया लहजे में चल रहा हैं अगर कलको ये उग्र रूप धारण करले तो गलत हो जायेगा | इसलिए भाई सत्येशवर आप इन सब को हलके में न ले |

पड़े पड़े मशीन में जंग लग जाता है इसके लिए समय समय पे उसकी सफाई होती रहनी चाहिए उसमे तेल पानी चेक करते रहना चाहिए ! अब यही हाल हमारे पंच सरपंचो का हो गया था ! ये भी फोली फोली खान लग लिए थे ! इनको सुप्तावस्था से जगाने के लिए ऐसे ही किसी धमाके की जरूरत थी ! लोग भी पोस्ट को रिपोर्ट करते करते थक गए थे और ये हालत देख कर असामाजिक तत्वों के होसले भी बुलंद हो गए थे ! हम समाज में एकजुटता देखना चाहते हैं और मेरे कंप्यूटर के स्क्रीन पे बैठे हुए मुझे महसूस हो रहा है की हमारे पंच और सरपंचो की ही आपस में नहीं बन रही है ! बाकी कल पंचो की activeness देख के मुझे यही महसूस हुआ की जो हुआ आछा हुआ सारे पंच एकजुट हो गए हैं और शायद ऐसी घटना की पुनरावृति ना हो ! कोई भी पद जो समाज के लोगो के ऊपर होता है उसमे एक गरिमा होनी चाहिए और मैं यही कहूँगा की हमारे पंच उस गरिमा को बनाये हुए हैं ! नरवाल साहब खुद समाज में एक रुतबा रखते हैं और मेरे ख्याल उन्हें इस बात की अंदाजा होना चाहिए की लोग रुतबा रखने वालो पर ही उंगली उठाते हैं ! ऐसी स्तिथि में हम अपना पद छोड़ कर भाग जाये , ये तो कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ ! बल्कि हमे अपने आप को और बेहतर बन के उन उंगली उठाने वालो की उंगली की पहुँच से बहुत ऊपर उठ जाना चाहिए ! आप खुद ही कहते हैं कर भला सो हो भला फिर आप क्यों सोचने लगे की आप लोगो का भला कर रहे हैं और आपका बुरा होगा ? आपको अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए और में उम्मीद करता हूँ की ये धागा दोपहर तक तालाबंद हो जायेगा !
जो हुआ अच्छा हुआ जो हो रहा है अच्छा हो रहा है जो होगा वो भी अच्छा होगा !
