This NOC certificate should be abolished...as it is against the very basis of constitution ....where freedom is the key point...

1. What if some soldier does not want to wear the uniform.... he wants to wear shorts and T shirt on duty.... but they are made to wear uniform... this is also against basic law of freedom then..... isnt it Mr Kundu?

2. Assume during Kargil war....some soldiers apply for "leave" and they do not get it sanctioned....... this is also against basic law of freedom then.....

3. A roadways driver has his home on the way to his destination.... shouldnt he be allowed to park the bus and relax for few hours keeping all the passengers waiting....... He can also say this is his basic right of freedom....

Please dont link freedom with basic rules and procedures of any organization else you can not do your job..... one or the other "basic law of XYZ" will stop you from doing your duty......

If above examples also can not make you re-think on your above post.... kindly ignore and proceed with dandi march - dandi april etc...

When a present employee ( Govt servant ) wants to apply to any other post in any other organisation ....that 'other organisation' seeks NOC from present org'n.

B) What purpose does it serve?
Such suppressive laws eats chances of bright individuals..

C) What will happen if we all say "YES" to your poll? Will it be abolished?
Kyun khud ki vote main vishwaas koni , ya khud main he koni ?

This law do not relate to working / work related issue.....all examples are those which are related to work .....all defence example.....

I have not imagined that all four respondents can't think on this factor....

One should have liberty when to quit an organisation....and for that one need another job...and way of another job has been blocked by such suppressive laws....

Kundu bhai koi bhi company agar koi document mangti hai to uska bhi ek purpose hota hai.......usme company ka to benefit hota he hai sath me humara bhi hota hai.
example character certificate ka col me ya village me....vo bhi jaruri hai......... passport banvane k liye bhi ghar enquiry hoti hai......... govt. job (police,army) k liye bhi ghar enquiry hoti hai yaha tak ki padosiyo se bhi puchte hain.........ye sabhi cheeze jaruri hain aur kuch soch samajh kar he banai hain.
Agar aap kisi company se dusri company me join karte ho to company ki policy k according aapko 1 month ka notice period dena hota hai,usme aapka ye benefit hota hai ki aapke jitne paise katte hote hain pura hisab hota hai,ab aap freedom lo aur mat diyo notice period fir dekhna aapka 40-50000 ha loss hoga,tab AAP BOLOGE KI BHAI YA POLICY BHI FREEDOM ME E AAVE HAI.......mane galat kahi ho to vo bata?????????

Bhai your concern may be correct from you point of view, but we are a great democratic country. Every law is enacted considering the society as a whole not any individual.

If you try to find out the meaning of "LAW", you will surely understand it. (May be not).

Law is enacted for proper functioning of the society as a whole not individual.

Bhai NOC isiliye chahiye because they work for Govt. of India (Govt. of India represents People of India). If they leave without NOC, it MAY cause a great damage to Govt. of India (i.e. people of India). Thus to avoid any indirect/direct havoc or damage NOC law was enacted.

Kundu bhai, kisi insan ko Freedom tabhi tak di jati h jab tak wo insan kisi dusre insan ke liye problem ya khatra nahi ban raha.

Bhai agar aisa na kare aur freedom de de to kuch important people jo Govt of India k liye kam karte h, kuch secret information apne sath lekar job chhod sakte h. And this may be disastrous for the society as a whole.

Bhai apne to KALA KANOON keh k Taliban bana diya India ko...lolzzz !

You are right. Everyone has a right to express views in Democracy. Why not you?

I know our demands will be rejected beacuse of Government rigid 'Kala Kannoon'. Its better to go on Satyagraha / Dandi March. May be that can help in getting our freedom back as Gandhi ji did.

Dekho bhai mai sabhi ki bhavnaao aur vichaaro ka sammaan krta hu prr mere hisaab se jb tk sab ku6 protocol k hisaab se chale tb tk to theek hai......
prr dono me se (Employe and Employer) koi b kisi cheez ka galat fayda uthaane ki koshish kre to ye galat ho jayega
jaise:Agar NOC ka system h to vo theek hai (Kyu liya jata hai ye upar ki posts me detail se likha hai) prr ye tabi tk theek hai jb tk employer iska misuse na kre..agar employer ki thinking aisi ho jaye ki "hamne to bond bharvaa rakha hai ab kya drr jaise marzi use kro employee ko" to fir NOC employee ka shoshan krne ka ek zariya ban jata hai..ye galat hai..
aur aise hi agar NOC ka system na ho to b theek hai prr ye galat ho jayega agar koi employee ye soche ki NOC to lena nhi hai aur company me theek se kaam na kre aur soche ki "jb chahe 6od k chale jayenge kya prob. hai" is se company k importent works prr asar pad sakta hai jo vo employee krta hai....


to 6otti si baat ye hai ki jb tk dono parties protocol ko follow kre tb tk sab theek hai kyunki har rule ku6 fixed situation k hisaab se banaya jata hai...jb tk vo situation rahegi rule theek tarike se kaam krega ...agar kisi b side se situation change hoti h to vo rule galat effects daal sakta hai.
to ye sab situation prr depend krta hai ki NOC system galat hai ya sahi??

prr agar sab ku6 theek chal rha ho to m NOC sytem ko support krunga.....
