Khap's,Panchayat's wrong turn

Call a spade a spade,a Jhotta a Jhotta.a kassi a kassi and taking this illogical thing forward,why can't we criticize the wrong decisions of Khaps and various panchayats operating in Jat society and call them wrong.
As we know that media is ambushing,waiting to pounce on any mistake or wrong decision by Khaps and various panchayats.
They are the guys with some mentality and it's no big thing if mentality of large group of people and that too of a particular age group deserves criticism.
Why do we have to defend their decisions just because media is critiizing them and we feel that it's an affront to our community if our community leaders' decisions are not regaled by them.

Look at the chances-they are old school type(no offence to their capabilities) and they want to follow the path that has been followed by our community for years.But sati pratha,untouchability and even slavery under the British rule was followed for years.So if something is followed and hence we should also follow it doesn't seems like a logical thing.

Moreover I had discussion with few guys and we want to enrich our knowledge over khaps' and panchayats' decisions and inputs from your side will also help others with no knowledge at all to have a better understanding of things.When you opt for a particular thing,you watch out for both pros and cons.So why leave out cons.
 
Let's talk about Baghpat panchayat decisions.Many guys said that it had a Muslim side to it and hence doesn't relates to us and Khaps.But with the supportive statements issued by Aarakshan sangharsh samiti members,Ajit Singh's son and few other prominent community members,it's safe to conclude that there is definitely a link.

1)No need of mobile phones for girls- Can we imagine in today's progressive world a life w/o phone.They are of the view that phones leads to chatting,flirt,talking and hence perverted nature of girls.So parents from so many biraadaries had this much faith in their girls.I guess unhe or unke saath flirting karne waale ladkon ko sanskaar ki jarurat h,diktat ki konya.

2) Ban love marriages and ostracize love birds.Coz naive children of age 15-16 are eloping because of this.Well marriage in that age is already illegal,so they don't have to worry about that.And what about the not so naive guys in the age group of over 25 years.I guess a 'naive' decision.Unki arrange hui h to duniya ki karwaawenge ke arrange.

3) Don't go alone to the markets.Cover your heads.We want to protect you from eve-teasing.
Why can't they be audacious enough to take the bull by the horns and instead of ocussng on the victims,they should focus on the criminals.If they are police and they know ki aade chor baithe hain,so they are advising us not to go there with luggage,chor chori kar lenge.Why don't they knab the thieves.Chor ne chori to karni hi h,ek tarike se nhi to dusra tarika dhund lega chori karne ka.Kahan tak pack karoge ladkiyon ko.

Arr ustaadzz..kit ke Chaudhary reh gye,Dilli hilaan ki baat karein hain ar 5-7 buri nazar aale hi kaabu mai na aate inke.

Friends,
yashpal malik is always keen to in limelight whether he has any concern or not , he has to say "something " it is relevant or not , he don't bother.
Jayant choudhary have to say something because they comes in their political area , actually they(means father and son ) losing the political strength that's why they trying to defend the decision, now MR Rakesh tikkait are front leader around that area who always holds public meetings almost equal to Ajit singh and tikaits followers are from both religions Hindu and Muslims that's why he favors the decision, hence that village panchayat hasn't any relation to jats .

Baghpat panchayat decisions must be taken as guide line as jayant choudhary statement, some people do,t have the right to issue such guide lines for all, they can forbid there family female members for market and mobile . it is time to wake up for society .panyanti are elected by us . We must know whom we are going to choose by Ballot.
 
I can only say if we are practising Hindu rituals after having a muslim rule in India for 1100 years its due to these redundantant Panchayats. If we have some sanity and binding its due to them . If Taimur left India without causing much harm to us then it was due to Panchayat . My friend please dont think about present consider it as an iota in our past and coming future ..... if you are thinking that some low standard people are leading them then become a part of them and try to improve. Mind my words these small Panchayats played a big role and still playing an important role for us . dont blame them for the things which are unacceptable to all sane Jats

Good issues raised.

But before one comments on them kindly enlighten us:
1. Who constituted/represented the Panchayat and from how many villages/areas the members collected and their number.
2. Was it a traditional 'Khap Panchayat' or modern 'elected Panchayat' of some particular village/villages.
3. What was the agenda?
4. Details of the proceedings
5. Decisions arrived at in the meeting and their implementation mechanism.

If we are aware about all these factors only then can fairly comment upon them otherwise it would be like beating about a bush and that too in darkness.

You said it straight & true,that we need today.

Today's society needs to leave the old orthodox way.
We all need to improve our mentality & society according to time.
Khap panchayat in accordance with the new form also requiers.

Argument is a perfect way to understand all these things.

भिवानी। अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बताया कि उत्तरप्रदेश के बागपत जिले के गांव आसरा में पंचायत ने जो फतवे पारित किये, वे निंदनीय हैं, क्योंकि इस प्रकार के नियम समाज पर थोपने पर समाज को 19वीं शताब्दी में ले जाने का कुप्रयास होगा। जबकि समाज को 21वीं सदी में ले जाने का प्रयास होना चाहिए। जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति की ओर से जिसने भी इन फरमानों का समर्थन किया है, हमारी संघर्ष समिति इस पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताती है। उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार की यह जिम्मेवारी है कि समाज पर इस प्रकार के अवांछनीय नियमों को न लादा जाए, जो सरासर राष्ट्रविरोधी हैं। इसी प्रकार कुछ दिन पहले एक पंचायत ने लड़कियों का पुश्तैनी जमीन पर अधिकार न होने की बात कही थी, जिसे फिर वापिस ले लिया गया था। इसी प्रकार के फरमानों से खापों और पंचायतों की प्रतिष्ठा को कड़ी आंच आती है। सांगवान ने आगे कहा कि बीबीपुर में कन्या भ्रूण हत्या के विरोध में जो पंचायत हुई, उसका हम केवल समर्थन ही नहीं करते, बल्कि सहयोग भी करेंगे। हमारे आरक्षण के प्रचार अभियान के दौरान हम कन्या भ्रूण हत्या के विरोध में प्रचार करते आए हैं कि भ्रूण हत्या के कारण जाट समाज के युवाओं को आज दूर के प्रदेशों से, यहां तक कि बंगाल और त्रिपुरा तक अपना वंश चलाने के लिए वधु खरीदकर लानी पड़ रही हैं, जिसका दुष्प्रभाव स्पष्ट तौर पर जाट कौम की आने वाली नस्लों पर पड़ रहा है। इसके लिए कन्या भ्रूण हत्या जिम्मेदार है। हरियाणा के लगभग हर गांव में ऐसी खरीदी हुई वधुएं आ चुकी हैं। इसलिए जाटों को आरक्षण मिलने के बाद हमारा संगठन इसी उद्देश्य के लिए भी कार्य करेगा। केवल एक पंचायत करने से समस्या का हल होने वाला नहीं है, इसके लिए गांव-गांव जाकर प्रचार करना होगा।

Rakesh Tikat is not head of Baliyan khap , its head is Naresh Tikat his elder brother , Rakesh is spokesman of Bhartiya Kishan Union.
He express his own personal opinion, not the any organisations view point

भाई सहारण ,ये आसरा गाँव वाली जो पंचायत हुई , वो कोई खाप-वाप की नहीं थी ,या ते उस गाम के चुने होड़ पंचायत के सदस्य थे ,इन् मीडिया आल्याँ ने दुनिया में किते भी चार बन्दे कट्ठे दीख जाँ, उड़े-ए खाप -खाप का रोला मचाण लाग्ज्याँ सें | मीडिया पूरी ढाल भामण-बानिये-भाप्यां के कब्जे में स अर ये हजारों साल की दुश्मनी जो सामी लड़ के कोणी लड़ सके इस मीडिया के माधम तें , बदनामी कर के ने काढअण की कोशिश करें सें ,जब ताहीं इनका जबाब आपणे खुद के मीडिया या फेर शिव सेना स्टाइल में ना दिया जावेगा ये कोणी माने | लातों के भूत बातों सें नहीं मानते |

सुप्रीम कोर्ट म्हारे समाज की अर म्हारी परम्पराओं की ठेकेदार कोणी | ये जो सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर सरकार में बेठे सें ये आज हिन्दू इन खापों के ही कारण सें ना ते इनके पुरखे औरां की चाल मुसलमान बनगे होंदे | अर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज अर मीडिया आल्याँ धोरे किहे पे भी बुझ लिए अक खाप का मतलब के स ? उन् ने कोणी बेरा पावे | इन् ने बकवाद कारन दो अर आपणे समाज की सुध ल्यो | अर जा कोए एक आध खाप के नाम पे पंचायती बन्या हांडता हो उन् का बहिस्कार करो |
