"LUCKNOW: After Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU), the Rashtriya Lok Dal and All India Jat Arakshan Samiti (AIJAS) have also come out in support the diktat of a panchayat at the Asra village in Baghpat. The diktat puts restrictions on the movement of girls and women. A meeting was held in the village and it was decided that a Mahapanchayat will be held on July 21 in which khap panchayats from other parts of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana will also be invited."
So yeah,we have to definitely wait for that 21st date and according to the outcomes of that meeting,we can have a better discussion here and all this parda of support-no-support will be lifted.
And Sumit Jattan bhai,I never doubted capabilities of Khaps and panchayats as an institution.I just want to say that they CAN make wrong decisions and if that is the case,we should condemn these decisions.
It goes something like this-Congress as a party in the form of Indian National Congress had prominent freedom-fighters,leaders,thinkers.Played role in obtaining freedom.But is that a good enough reason for me to not look at present day congress party with an askance view?Era changed h,mentality changed h,leaders changed hain, bas party/institution wahi h.

Atish(Meham aale)-Bhai teri ya baat pehle hi news aalan ke saamne bol di h.Some Chaudhary guy(not Ajit Singh's son),who is Aarakshan samiti member,said that jo yeh news aale TRP ke chakkar mai humne Talibani bta rhe hain and humaara views ko Talibani diktat bta rhe hain,ar Khap ke baare mai galat bta rhe hain,hum unke khilaaf Legal action lene ki soch rhe hain and agar aisa hi hota rha to hum aapka channel hi dekhna band kar denge.Pure uttar Bharat mai,jo ki Jat bahumulya area h,nhi dekhega koi to thaari yeh ad band ho jaani hain saari.Inhi ke chakaran mai thaam TRP badhaao ho.Hum apna hi ek alag channel shuru kar lenge.
And my larger goal is not to condemn Khaps/panchayats.Mera koi political/TRP interest to h nhi.
It's just that ki maine kuch negative start kiya h to jo log positive maante hain ya jinko iski positive side pta h,woh apne views denge and ultimately nicchoda hua ras mil jaaga which will be beneficial for us,future mai kisi bhi social platform pe hum apne views knowledge ke saath rakh sakenge aur jinhe kuch bhi pta regarding this,unhe acchi info milegi.

..yashpal mailk, jayant chaudhary, rakesh tikait..spoke in support..hawa sing sangwan ji from haryana spoke against..so just making mountains out of mole hills!!...............otherwise sach panchayats are happening day by day in each village and no one cares..but this topic had something sensational in it..and you can see teh hangama!!
