I thought I did in most candid terms in the same post you have quoted, let me repeat.
1) Stop the aggression against the Palestenian state, provide the Gazans all basic freedoms.
There is no aggression by Israel. All Israeli activities are aimed towards self-defense and self-preservation which is any country's right.
2) Respect the democratic governance of Palestinian state.
Democratic Governance is very much in the hands of the Palestinian state. The Palestinian state is in a state of war with itself with tug of war between the Fatah and Hamas groups. If not with Israel, the Palestinians fight amongst themselves. Violence is a way of life for them.
3) Stop grabbing the territories of the Palestine state.
No one has grabbed any territory. It is the Arab states which jointly attacked Israel and had to face a crushing defeat at the hands of Israel. In the process, Israel gained control of Gaza in an attempt to safeguard its long-term interests paramount to its very existence. However, except for foreign relations and defence, Palestine has full control over its own destiny. Unfortunately the Palestinians do not want to take the road to peace and progress, but to the destruction of Israel and in turn their own destruction.
4) Make preparations for reconciliation and for peaceful co-existence in future.
.....the last one is seemingly utopian but realisable.
Like India, numerous Israeli peace initiatives have backfired. Several Israeli ceasefires have provided enough time and space to the Palestinians to replenish, regroup and attack Israel and Israelis be it through kidnappings/killings, stockpiling and firing rockets, building and using huge tunnel networks against Israelis. Peace talks are meant to take place between Humans, not with savage bloodthirsty Arabs whose single point agenda is to wipe out its adversary.
