looking information about DNA test

hello everyone. i am amrender singh. i want information about DNA test
and where it is done in india but not in private labs.
i want to know about it because my uncle and his younger brother have some property dispute. His father made two marriages and his brother is from another mother. My uncle's brother have occupied his all property by forcely because he is robust . They are in court for 8 years. but there is no result.
if it is proved that they have blood relation then the case will be solved.
so what is the legal process to do it. if someone has knowledge about this type of case then please help me.

DNA testing to confirm parentage, a.k.a paternity testing is available in many leading hospitals today.

Lot of info available on internet. Google it!

In your case, you could either with mutual consent with the opposition go for paternity testing or since the former is unlikely to happen, raise this in the court. I'm not sure but if there is substance in your claims to convince the judge, he could order a paternity test.

bhai panipat me kaun sa lawyer kar rakha hai aur kaun se judge ke case hai. dna test ka kya karega vaise hi setting kara dengey.
