You are basing your argument on the instance a quality purchase by our Minstry of Defense. Bofors were not acquired by the ASC as you are assuming.
If you had slight idea about how the Indian Army is organized you would know that the ASC is responsible for supplying the forces with food , fuels and transportation.
It is a common knowledge the several ASC officers are highly corrupt. They are known to either purchase poor quality supplies from civillain contractors and get a cut in the process or they sell the Army's supplies in the civillian market.
ASC however is just a small part of our Army and thus the majority of our Army deserves nothing but praise for the job that they are doing.
And let me be very clear there are some very honest Officers in ASC too. But its hard to be honest in a system where almost everyone from the top to the bottom is very corrupt. And if you dont become part of the system the way it is then you cannot go very far in your career. So some officers are corrupt just for the sake of their careers.

is of SOME CORRUPT OFFICERS...WHO CAN EVEN STEAL THE GOATS OF VILLAGERS, IF THEY DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING ELSE....
How many times do i need to repeat the same things over n over again...
Everybody, who has some knowledge inside....including the senior JL defence ppls, also know how much curruption prevails in defence forces,specially in the SUPPLY CORPS...and how far the system has been able to find the real culprits...
How they don't get caught, because some senior officers are also indulged into such acts...
I have not blamed the Entire organisation, so don't feel it as generalised statement..
Also agar koi purani baaton ke le ke aapko personal quote karte hain..personal remarks dete hain....that's not god...
Also..
Just enjoy the funny part...the height of such acts...getting sacked for goat theft surely is a matter of concern....

i dont know that what do u want to prove. there is one more post by u about GCM of one Maj Gen. nobody has given any comment to that post till now. i hope JL is not a news channel. Moreover have u tried ever to think that an offr is getting CM for stealing goats or molesting a lady colleague. i m not defending those offrs. i want to tell u that this can happened in Defence only. (fair justice). suppose these instances were happened in other Deptts including IAS/IPS or other civil sector including private sector, than there will be no news. these are the Defence services where u can get this type of justice. so if u really want to highlight the news than come fwd in that way.

These a days corruption can be found in any organisation, and at the same time you can not neglect the strength of honesty. No doubt that the targeted organization is more honest than others organization in the country. Sharing the news as punishment of a Major may get attention but provided comments and examples are considered so cheap and irrespective against the soldiers and specific organization. In addition, it seems the author trying to target previous threads or persons unnecessarily.
We should salute all those brave soldiers and organization, who always providing the pride and peace to our nation.
