Hijacking at its best!!!!
Dear Members,
The Thread started with the Transfer of an Election official, by election commissioner and the statement given by the CM of State.
I am surprised that the discussion has gone totally in different direction. Unless we improve the quality of discussion, focus on the subject matter, many people may stop participating on this forum. It is a unique forum for all of us. We get a plateform to express our views and listen to other people.
I am pained to see, that we become personal in comments more often than not. We use unparliamentry language even if the site hides those words with symbols.
It really does not make a sense to me at least that we loose the sight of the subject matter. We also don't care about what we wirte and how much we write. I have seen some people commenting every single subject on this forum that leads to average 6 to 7 posts a day. Nothing wrong in number of posts per day, if you have time, but then remain focussed on the subject, analyze the argument and then make convincing suggestion.
Neither I am the moderator, nor a priest, or for that matter an entity to suggest that you limit your freedom of expression, my humble request to all of you is "kindly be specific in your comments, provide truthful information, you dont' have to write if the information is scatchy/grey in nature, for many people take it as truth (that is how the rumors start) and remain focussed on the subject. If you don't like the subject, or have nothing to contribute, then it might be a good idea to just read what others have to say. There is a famous quote and I quote here
"It takes a lot of courage to Stand up and Speak, it takes more courage to Sit Down and listen".
My this post also is not subject related, for I have no information as to why the officeial was transferred, I can definitely say that the statement by the UP CM was poor in nature, unlike and unbecoming for a CM of the State, and unfortunate for the particualar State in particular.
I hope this post would be taken in correct perspective by all of you, and we will have more meaningful discussions on this forum, not only on this thread, but on all threads.
Thank you very much in advance to all of you.
