biographical test
Objective of the biographical test is to find out whether there is a syncronisation between the individual interst and aspirations vis-a-vis the challenges and opportunities offered by this course.
If your friend is going for the course in HR, then she should mention out her interest, achievements and aspirations in peoples, teams and pshycology. It should also reflect how it is beneficial to the business.

How do you think your your past experience/education will help you in becoming a succesful HR person?
it will go on and on....
All these questions can be taken care in the biographical test in form. this helps the panels to do the initial screening....
Secondly in Many institutes, they use to carry out multiple parellel interviews before shortlisting the person for the institute. Biographical test also helps to remove the common question among different panels. Instead they can focus on the core questions.
This is what my experince during when i have represented from the Industry panel in the interviews if Symbiosis IMS enterance interview panel.
