I have been living and working in Australia for a leading migration consultancy for nearly a year now.
I have observed that there is a huge shortage of skilled workers, specially trade workers like welders, mechanics, fitters, cooks and other professionals in Australia. The IT guys please note that you need a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience for a favourable result. Else the minimum requirement is 12/24 months. Please also find below a link of the opccupations listed for Migration to Australia, it will make it easy if your occupation/profession can be used for migration or not.

Bhai Vipin,
Usually BPO experience is not considered as the one on skilled occupation list, unless it is into technical support or actual administration. Please forward me a CV with a detailed description of your duties.

Try New zealand

Get an admission into a polytechnique and work in BPO thr(easy jobs), in 2-3 years you can get PR and jobs are in abundance

You can get get PR in Regional Australia including Adelaide. For applying under this category, you need to be a graduate and two years experience in any field. Only condition under this category is that you will have to live in your sponsored region for at least two years.
You can also apply for Western Australia excluding Perth Regional Queensland and Regional NSW.

You should contact Australian High Commission in New Delhi.

A word of caution for people applying for NZ student Visa:

You need to study for at least two years in NZ and towards at least National Level 4 Qualification and not just level 4, than only you can apply for PR
Also jobs, including in BPOs are scarce, I mean hard to get a job like in any other country for a new migrant!

I sincerely thank you for your kind words, It is not only good for the youth, but also a very rewarding experience for me. Actually today's JATs are educated and flamboyant and ready to rule the world. Just a little signage in the right direction is all that i think i can provide.
