Bhai there is no accountability of bureaucrats in India. These jokers get away without any punishment. Over the time we have witnessed so many bomb blasts across the country and every time an inquiry takes place. Government come up with solutions that we need to upgrade our security arrangements and allot a significant amount of budget(Tax Payers Money) to buy expensive weapons. But no officer get fired.These bureaucrats get paid to provide service to citizens of India. Unless you don't make them accountable, these bombing will take place again and again. In my opinion, first of all fire those officers who were responsible for security in those areas and then upgrade the system. This will make other officers realize, if you do not perform, you will be sacked immediately.

This is irony of Indian democracy. Strong rules and actions are meant only for "aam aadmi" not for "corrupt and irresponsible" bureaucrats, while actual implementation should be reverse of it!

अमेरिका में 9/11 को हुए आतंकी हमले के पश्चात सुरक्षा के जो कड़े प्रबंध किए गए उसके कारण पुनः एक भी आतंकी घटना वहां नहीं हुई. इसके विपरीत भारत में आतंकवादी कहीं भी हमला करने में सक्षम हो रहे हैं. क्यों? इससे पूर्व 26/11 को मुंबई पर बड़ा हमला हुआ था. प्रधानमंत्री-गृहमंत्री ने तब त्यौरियां चढ़ाते हुए अगला हमला होने की सूरत में भारत द्वारा जवाबी कार्यवाही करने की धमकी दी थी. आतंकवाद से निपटने के लिए चाक-चौबंद व्यवस्था करने का दावा किया गया था, किंतु 13/7 के हमले ने सिद्ध कर दिया कि इस सरकार में आतंकवाद पर अंकुश लगाने की इच्छाशक्ति ही नहीं है. वास्तव में भारत में आतंकवाद को उपजाऊ भूमि कांग्रेस की मुस्लिम वोट बैंक की नीति और वामपंथियों के विकृत सेक्युलरवाद के कारण ही मिल रही है. राजग सरकार के कार्यकाल में आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध कठोर कानून (पोटा) बनाया गया था. कांग्रेसनीत संप्रग सरकार ने सत्ता में आते ही पोटा को निरस्त कर आतंकियों का मानव*र्द्धन किया. 26/11 के हमले के पश्चात राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी का गठन कर सरकार ने आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध शून्य सहनशीलता बरतने का खंडन किया, किंतु राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी की पिछले तीन वर्षों की उपलब्धियां क्या हैं? एजेंसी ने अपनी समस्त ऊर्जा तथाकथित भगवा आतंकवाद का हौवा खड़ा करने में नष्ट कर दी. भगवा आतंकवाद कांग्रेस का राजनीतिक एजेंडा हो सकता है, किंतु क्या इस कुनीति से जिहाद का विष कम हो जाएगा? प्रतिबंधित मुस्लिम छात्र संगठन-सिमी अपने नए अवतार इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के रूप में भारत की सनातन संस्कृति को निरंतर लहूलुहान करने में लगा है, वहीं भारत का सत्ता अधिष्ठान इस्लामी आतंकवाद के सामने हिंदू आतंकवाद का हौवा खड़ा करने में व्यस्त है. आज चारों ओर अराजकता का वातावरण है. देश का चालीस प्रतिशत भाग नक्सली हिंसा का शिकार है. जिहादी इस्लाम का विष कश्मीर से कन्याकुमारी तक फैल चुका है. बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों के कारण कुछ राज्यों के जनसंख्या स्वरूप में बदलाव के साथ आंतरिक सुरक्षा पर भी खतरा मंडरा रहा है, किंतु सेक्युलर सत्ता अधिष्ठान हिंदू आतंक का प्रलाप कर रहा है. पोटा जैसे आतंकवाद निरोधी कानून को सेक्युलरिस्ट मुस्लिम प्रताड़ना का यंत्र बताते हैं. कुछ अ-कांग्रेसी राज्य सरकारें जब आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध कड़े कानून लाना चाहती हैं तो केंद्र सरकार उनके मार्ग में अवरोध खड़े करती हैं. गुजरात, राजस्थान और छत्तीसगढ़ के आतंकवाद निरोधी कानून केंद्र सरकार के पास पिछले चार वर्षों से स्वीकृति के लिए लंबित हैं. सन 2005 से अब तक कम से कम बीस बड़ी आतंकवादी घटनाएं देश के भिन्न-भिन्न भागों में हुई हैं, किंतु अब तक किसी भी दोषी को दंड नहीं दिया जा सका है. संसद पर आक्रमण करनेका षड़यंत्र रचने वाले अफजल गुरु की फांसी लंबित है. उधर मुंबई आक्रमण में एकमात्र जीवित पकड़े गए आतंकी अजमल कसाब को सुरक्षित रखने पर करोड़ों रुपये व्यय किए जा रहे हैं. क्या उसका भी हश्र अफजल गुरु जैसा ही होना है? कोयंबटूर बम विस्फोटों के आरोपी अब्दुल नासेर मदनी को पैरोल पर रिहा कराने के लिए तो केरल विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र होली की छुट्टी वाले दिन आयोजित किया गया था तथा कांग्रेस और मा*र्क्सवादियों ने सर्वसम्मति से उसकी रिहाई का प्रस्ताव पारित किया था. ऐसी मानसिकता के रहते क्या आतंकवाद का अंत संभव है? आतंकवाद को लेकर कांग्रेस का दोहरापन छिपा नहीं है. बाटला हाउस मुठभेड़ में दो पुलिसकर्मियों की भी मृत्यु हुई थी, किंतु अपने जवानों की शहादत को अपमानित करते हुए कांग्रेस के कुछ नेता मुठभेड़ के तुरंत पश्चात बाटला हाउस पहुंचे थे, जहां मुस्लिम वोट बैंक की आवभगत में मुलायम सिंह यादव सरीखे नेता पहले से ही विराजमान थे. सत्तासीन कांग्रेस ने अपने नेताओं को आतंकवादियों का साथ देने वाले कट्टरपंथी तत्वों से दूरी बनाने का निर्देश देने के स्थान पर सुरक्षाकर्मियों की भूमिका पर प्रश्न खड़ा किया. बाटला हाउस मुठभेड़ एवं कई अन्य राज्यों की जांच में आतंकवाद और उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ के मध्य गहरा संबंध पाया गया, किंतु वोट बैंक की राजनीति के कारण आजमगढ़ सेक्युलरिस्टों का नया तीर्थ स्थल बन गया. बाटला हाउस मुठभेड़ में मारे गए आतंकी तथा अन्यत्र आतंकी गतिविधियों में लिप्त पाए जाने के कारण आजमगढ़ के जिन युवाओं को गिरफ्तार किया गया, उनके घरों पर दख प्रकट करने के लिए सेक्युलरिस्टों का तांता लग गया. सुरक्षा जवानों का मनोबल तोड़ने वाले सेक्युलरिस्ट क्या कभी आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध लामबंद हो सकेंगे? कई वर्षों से पूरे देश में सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द्र है, किंतु संप्रग सरकार सांप्रदायिक हिंसा रोकथाम (न्याय एवं क्षतिपूर्ति) विधेयक 2011 का मसौदा तैयार किए बैठी है. इस विधेयक को लाने का उद्देश्य भी मुस्लिम समाज के कट्टरपंथी वर्ग को प्रसन्न कर अपना वोट बैंक की वृद्धि करना ही है. इस मसौदे में पहले से ही यह मान लिया गया है कि सांप्रदायिक तनाव के लिए केवल बहुसंख्यक उत्तरदायी हैं एवं अल्पसंख्यकों का इसमें कोई दोष नहीं है. सांप्रदायिक तनाव अथवा संघर्ष की स्थिति में केवल बहुसंख्यक समाज को ही दंडित करने का प्रावधान रखा गया है. वोटबैंक की राजनीति के कारण क्या यह सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द्र को बिगाड़ने का प्रयास नहीं है? वस्तुत: सामाजिक टकराव से ही कांग्रेस अपना राजनीतिक उल्लू साधती आई है. किसी भी प्रकार का आतंकवाद भारतीय संप्रभुता और अखंडता को प्रत्यक्ष चुनौती है. ओसामा बिन लादेन को पाकिस्तान में घुसकर मार गिराना पाकिस्तान की संप्रभुता का उल्लंघन भले ही हो, किंतु इससे अमेरिका की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति भी रेखांकित हुई है. सारा अमेरिकी समाज इस मामले में बराक ओबामा के साथ खड़ा था. वोटबैंक की वैचारिक दासता में बंधे भारतीय सत्ता अधिष्ठान से ऐसी अपेक्षा व्यर्थ है.

BOMB BLASTS IN MUMBAI ON JULY 13[SUP]TH

Mumbai has had terroist bomb blasts in 1993, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008 and now on July 13, 2011 by radical Islamists. These Indian terrorist, militant groups practise an extreme form of Wahhabi Islam. They preach unrelenting hate and eternal enmity against infidels (those who do not believe in Quran and Mohammed as the only truths). They extol the virtue of violence and savagery to terrorize peaceful Indians who are of Hindu and every other faith except Wahhabi Islam. They derive ideological inspiration from Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and Jaishe Mohammed. These have been formally declared as terrorist organizations by the US Government. Indian Jihadists are recruited, trained and completely financed by Pakistan’s military intelligence agency - Inter Services Intelligence (ISI).

First of all, all Indians, and especially Hindus who from 83-84% of the Indian population, have to understand in unambiguous terms that this is not an isolated bomb attack. This bomb blast is a part of the grand strategy by the Pan Islamic movement to Islamize India. At the moment, India is the vortex of World Jihadi movement. The aim of this movement is to dominate entire world, plant Islamic flag in New Delhi, 10 Downing Street in U.K., White House in the US, wipe out Israel and convert the entire world to Islam.

In order to achieve their sinister aim since 9/11/2001, Islamic terrorists have carried out more than 17,479 attacks all over the world. In the month of June, 2011 alone, Jihadists carried on 184 attacks, killed 930 and critically injured 1527. (http://thereligionofpeace.com/)

There are newspaper reports that 30 Muslims from Sri Lanka and hundred of Muslims from Kerala have been recruited by Islamic organizations and are being trained in Pakistan for subversive activities in Jammu and Kashmir. It is also reported that Indian Mujahideens were trained by Ilyas Kashmiri, the notorious commando who is reported to have been killed by American drone attacks in Pakistan. (We do not have definitive proof.)

The root cause of this problem is Pakistan. Pakistan is the biggest exporter of world terrorism. Pakistan, in one way or the other is connected with the bomb blasts in Bali, New York, Mumbai, Delhi, Madrid, UK, and Beslan in Russia. The new U.S. commander in Afghanistan, Gen. John Allen declared recently that he has been given the task of eliminating 230 terrorist training camps in Pakistan.
The pro-Islamic UPA Government, led by its Chairman Sonia Gandhi has so far refused to hang Mohammad Afzal also knows as Afzal Guru who was convicted and sentenced to death for attack on Parliament, by Supreme Court of India in 2004. This has emboldened the would-be terrorists to kill and maim as many Hindus as possible because they know that nothing would happen to them also. They hold the pacifist, doddering government in Delhi in withering contempt since they know it is incapable of any firm action.
In addition to that 10 Janpath is scared that any firm action against terrorists might backfire on the 'Gandhi Dynasty'. Personal safety and political ambition is above national security for them. This is an open secret, yet no one wants to talk about it.

Hindus in India live in the state of denial. They do not recognize the gravity of the situation. In each and every state, Muslims have formed militant groups to kill Hindus at will. For example, in Jammu and Kashmir 32 terrorist groups and four secessionist groups are working hard to destroy India from within.

In Assam, the following Islamic insurgent groups are working in tandem with Pan Islamic Jihadi groups to demoralize and terrorize Hindus, balkanize India and establish Nizam-e-Mustafa (the Rule of Allah):

Hindus have to give up apathy. Hindus have suffered unprecedented brutalities at the hands of radical Islam for at least a thousand years. It is a pity that Hindus still have illusions and delusions about Muslim psyche! The time to procrastinate is over. They have to wake up from their deep slumber. The survival of the Hindu religion and culture is at stake. The present pro-Islamic Muslim appeasing government in India is responsible for all the ills from which Hindus are suffering. Hindus should clearly note that they will have no respite until Pakistan suffers drastic and continuous penalties for its terrorist actions, or is broken into pieces or completely destroyed.

I agree to your point that Kaan-grease has given muslims more important than Hindus or other religions. Ye inke foofa hai. foofa tayi to ghee,dhudh, bura, shakkar khuwaya jaya kare. thik to karen laag rhe se ye :rolleyes:

दीपक मालिक जी ! न्यायालय द्वारा अंतिम निर्णय देने के पश्चात लगा समय, इससे पहले कितना समय जेल में व्यतीत किया है वो सम्मिलित नहीं है.
हो सकता है मेरे कुछ आंकड़े दोषपूर्ण हों. क्षमा प्रार्थी हूँ. परन्तु मेरे लिखने का भावार्थ क्या था, वो आप समझ गए हैं.
